The general objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurial skills, support entrepreneurial initiatives (as a form of self-employment and create new jobs) and sustainably increase employment in the West Region by establishing and supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area of North West Region. The project has a significant impact at the level of the West Region because it aims to set up, support and ensure sustainability for a minimum of 36 enterprises, the creation of more than 72 jobs, all at a total value of the project that is well below 2 million euros (maximum allowed value for the minimum value of indicator 4S10, given that the project proposes an overrun of the 4S10 indicator by 20 %). Given the experience and results obtained so far by the Applicant in the field of entrepreneurship, but also the interest identified among the people in the West Region in starting up business in non-agricultural fields, there are prerequisites for the project to produce lasting effects both in terms of dynamisation and diversification of economic activities, as well as in terms of increasing occupation at the level of the West Region. The general objective of the project will be achieved through integrated, complex and innovative measures that meet the specific needs of the target group, identified in the preliminary analysis: information (including specialised information and active involvement of community members); developing entrepreneurial and business planning skills through entrepreneurial training and specialised support services for developing viable business plans; carrying out internships; counselling, consulting and mentoring to support business start-ups (including social innovation measures: active involvement of community members and capitalisation of local potential through business; creating an entrepreneurial network; setting up an Entrepreneurial Centre for accelerating business and establishing partnerships with other business support centers/incubators to exchange best practices; development of pre-acceleration programs for the 36 businesses in order to validate products/services on the market); legal consultancy for the establishment of enterprises; supporting the implementation of business plans by applying project management principles; support for business development and sustainability (including measures of social innovation: establishing concrete cooperation with community members in order to capitalise on local potential through the business; development and animation of the entrepreneurial network; ensuring participation in the top companies organised by CCI CS in order to award business performance and establish new contacts; development of business acceleration programs for the 36 enterprises in order to develop (English) | |||||||||||||||

Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale, sprijinirea initiativelor antreprenoriale (ca forma de ocupare pe cont propriu si de creare de noi locuri de munca) si cresterea sustenabila a ocuparii in Regiunea Vest prin infiintarea si sustinerea intreprinderilor cu profil non-agricol din zona urbana din Regiunea Nord Vest. Proiectul are un impact semnificativ la nivelul Regiunii Vest deoarece isi propune infiintarea, sprijinirea si asigurarea sustenabilitatii pentru minim 36 intreprinderi, crearea a peste 72 locuri de munca, toate la o valoare totala a proiectului care se situeaza cu mult sub 2 milioane euro (valoarea maxima admisa pentru valoarea minima a indicatorului 4S10, in conditiile in care proiectul propune o depasire a indicatorului 4S10 cu 20%). Avand in vedere experienta si rezultatele obtinute pana in prezent de Solicitant in domeniul antreprenoriatului, dar si interesul identificat in randul persoanelor din Regiunea Vest pentru demararea de afaceri in domenii nonagricole, exista premise ca proiectul sa produca efecte de durata atat in privinta dinamizarii si diversificarii activitatilor economice, cat si in privinta cresterii ocuparii la nivelul Regiunii Vest. Obiectivul general al proiectului se va realiza prin masuri integrate, complexe si inovative, care raspund nevoilor specifice ale grupului tinta, identificate in analiza preliminara: informare (inclusiv informare specializata si implicarea activa a mebrilor comunitatii); dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale si de planificare a afacerilor prin formare antreprenoriala si servicii de sprijin specializat pentru elaborarea unor planuri de afaceri viabile; efectuarea stagiilor de practica; consiliere, consultanta si mentorat pentru sprijinirea demararii afacerilor (inclusiv masuri de inovare sociala: implicarea activa a membrilor comunitatii si valorificarea potentialului local prin afacerile derulate; crearea unei retele antreprenoriale; infiintarea unui Centru antreprenorial pentru accelerarea afacerilor si stabilirea de parteneriate cu alte centre/incubatoare de sprijinire a afacerilor pentru realizarea schimburilor de bune practici; realizarea unor programe de pre-accelerare pentru cele 36 afaceri in vederea validarii produselor/serviciilor pe piata); consultanta juridica pentru infiintarea intreprinderilor; sprijinirea implementarii planurilor de afaceri prin aplicarea principiilor managementului de proiect; sprijin pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor si asigurarea sustenabilitatii (inclusiv masuri de inovare sociala: stabilirea unor cooperari concrete cu membrii comunitatii pentru valorificarea potentialului local prin afacerile derulate; dezvoltarea si animarea retelei antreprenoriale; asigurarea participarii la Topul firmelor organizat de CCI CS in vederea premierii performantelor in afaceri si stabilirii de noi contacte; realizarea unor programe de accelerare de afaceri pentru cele 36 de intreprinderi in vederea dezvolta (Romanian)
