The project starts from the need to complement university-level vocational training with practical-applicative vectors required by a human capital market defining the tertiary and quaternary economy. The general objective of the project is to develop cognitive, entrepreneurial and practical-applicative skills for a minimum of 340 students enrolled in Bachelor’s degree programs Business Administration in Trade and Economics and International Affairs (EAI) in order to acquire curricular and extracurricular instruments aimed at facilitating their chances of employment and successful integration in the labour market, as well as starting businesses on their own in areas of high perspective at regional, national and European level. The project is designed to provide members of the target group (GT) with a synergistic set of modern training tools that will result from piloting the most modern means of conducting internships and career guidance and counselling programmes for a successful career. The long-term training effect of the project will result from enhancing the cognitive and lucrative skills of people in the transition process from education and training programmes to an ever-increasing human resources market, facilitating the integration of young graduates into the labour market and increasing their employment rate based on the new skills acquired. The target GT members will perform internships at a panel of companies selected by the project experts together with the heads of the two faculties (Business and Tourism and International Economic Relations) and will take note of: best practices in leadership dedicated and appropriate to new business models, values of proactive entrepreneurship, defining benchmarking for the new functions of modern enterprise (social responsibility, environmental responsibility, voluntary compliance, good governance). In this respect, the project will create a BREIT Resource Center for students’ practice in AA and EAI, functionally online, designed as a sustainable partnership between potential employers, university and students and will provide IT support for the implementation of the project’s GT activities. In order to facilitate the transition from education to work, the members of the target group will benefit from multiple and beneficial information, guidance and counselling activities and career start-up support actions (including study/thematic visits to companies, information sessions and career workshops with the participation of employers) and from the values of a proactive and updated relationship diagram in real time. The project aims to develop and improve information, guidance and counselling services by setting up specific tools, account (English)
