Navrhované stavebné úpravy predstavujú zateplenie obvodových stien rieenej časti budovy vrátane výplní otvorov, doteplenie strechy z interiéru, rekontrukciu vykurovacieho systému a výmenu svietidiel spolu s vybudovaním fotovoltaiky na streche objektu. Navrhované zmeny zníia celkovú energickú náročnos budovy zo súčasnej energetickej triedy B (globálny ukazovatež - Primárna energia) na energetickú triedu A1, budova sa stane realizáciou projektu ultranízkoenergetická. The aim of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the blocks of BE, BD of the University of Žilina in ilina, University 8215/1, 010 26 ilina, which serve mainly to ensure the teaching process of high school studies. All blocks form one building SO02. The breakdown into BD and BE corresponds to the nature of the expansion units that divide the object into individual blocks. The existing building was realised approx. in 1969 as a three-storey floor building with a construction system made of elezobetone skeleton prefabricated ceiling panels with pre-planted perimeter bricks with a flat roof and attic with a built-up area of about 1828,03 m². The object is connected to all ininiers networks. It is used for teaching and research activities for students along with backgrounds for teachers and researchers. The building is currently insulated with 6 cm polystyrene, the roof is after overhaul of the covering, which currently does not meet the heat-technical standard and it is necessary to realise the warming from the interior. On each floor there are toilets and facilities for cleaners. Designed building modifications represent insulation of the perimeter walls of the diluted part of the building, including filling holes, warming of the roof from the interior, reconstruction of the heating system and replacement of luminaires together with the construction of photovoltaics on the roof of the building. The proposed changes will reduce the overall energy intensity of the building from the current energy class B (global indicator – Primary energy) to energy class A1, the building will become the implementation of the ultra-low-energy project.
