The main objective of the proposed project entitled “Completing the system of collection and collection of municipal waste in the municipality of Bystré” is to improve, streamline and extend the existing system for the management of municipal waste, the completion of the separate collection system and the construction of stands for the placement of collection vessels on the TKO in the village of Bystré. This objective of the project will be realised through the activity of Building, or completing a system of collection and collection of municipal waste in order to increase the collection capacity of municipal waste, for which the collection and management of municipal waste is the responsibility of the municipality in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts and not covered by extended producer responsibility under the Waste Act and the Construction of Stands for placing collection containers on mixed municipal waste in order to prevent the creation of sites with illegally placed waste. This is fully in line with Priority Axis 6 Technical facilities in municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities, as well as Investment Priority 6.1 Providing support for physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas and last but not least with Specific Objective 6.1.1 Growth in the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. Hlavným cieľom navrhovaného projektu s názvom Dobudovanie systému zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu v obci Bystré je skvalitniť, zefektívniť a rozšíriť existujúci systém nakladania s komunálnymi odpadmi, dobudovaním systému triedeného zberu a vybudovaním stojísk pre umiestnenie zberných nádob na TKO v obci Bystré. Tento cieľ projektu bude realizovaný prostredníctvom aktivity Vybudovanie, resp. dobudovanie systému zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu za účelom zvýšenia kapacity zberu komunálnych odpadov, za ktorých zber a nakladanie s nimi je zodpovedná obec v zmysle zákona č. 79/2015 Z.z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov a na ktoré sa nevzťahuje rozšírená zodpovednosť výrobcov podľa zákona o odpadoch a Vybudovaním stojísk na umiestnenie zberných nádob na zmesový komunálny odpad za účelom predchádzania vzniku miest s nezákonne umiestneným odpadom. Uvedené je v plne súlade s Prioritnou osou 6 Technická vybavenosť v obciach s prítomnosťou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít, taktiež s Investičnou prioritou 6.1 Poskytovanie podpory fyzickej, ekonomickej a sociálnej regenerácie zanedbaných komunít v mestských a vidieckych oblastiach a v neposlednom rade so Špecifickým cieľom 6.1.1 Rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania.
