The aim of the project is to motivate DNO – UoZ, who are in the UoZ register for more than 24 months immediately before being included in the project, to find a job or to participate in incorporation in order to acquire or deepen practical experience for the needs of the labour market. The project is implemented through two opatrení:Opatrenie 1 – As part of the measure, a financial contribution will be provided to active DNO – UoZ, who will find a job and will be removed from the UoZ registration due to the creation of an employment relationship and proven entry into employment. The financial contribution will be granted monthly, for a period of at least 1 and no more than 12 months, amounting to EUR 126.14 per month for the first 6 months, followed by EUR 63.07 per month for another 6 months.Measure 2 – Under the measure, a financial contribution equal to the subsistence minimum for DNO – UoZ will be provided to cover the necessary subsistence expenses, accommodation and travel expenses from his place of residence or temporary stay to the place of employment with the employer. Incorporation with the employer shall be carried out within 20 hours per week continuously for a maximum of six months. A one-off accident insurance allowance of up to EUR 24 will also be granted at the outset. For the employer who incorporates the DNO – UoZ, a financial contribution will be provided to cover the necessary costs related to the implementation of the incorporation of the DNO, provided for a maximum of 6 months, monthly at the rate of 7 % of the total cost of work calculated from the average wage of the employee in the economy of the Slovak Republic for the first to third quarters of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which the allowance is provided. The amount of the employer’s contribution will be adjusted in the course of the implementation of the project according to the average wage of the employee in the economy of the Slovak Republic for the first to third quarter of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which the allowance is granted.The target group for the project:- disadvantaged jobseekers pursuant to Section 8(1)(c) on employment services – DNOs kept in the register of jobseekers for more than 24 consecutive months (except for DNOs under 29 years of age), who have been granted support through the Youth Guarantee, i.e. these young DNs cannot be included in the project).E.g. users for the project:- employees who were immediately prior to joining the project disadvantaged jobseekers under Section 8(1)(c) on employment services – DNOs kept in the register of jobseekers for more than 24 consecutive months (except for DNOs under the age of 29 who received support through the Youth Guarantee, i.e. these young DNs cannot be included in the project).- disadvantaged jobseekers according to section 8(1)(c) on employment services – DNOs kept in the register of jobseekers for more than 24 consecutive months (except for VNOs under the age of 29 who have received support through the Youth Guarantee, i.e. these young DNs cannot be included in the project).- employer (English)

    Cieľom projektu je prostredníctvom poskytovania finančných príspevkov motivovať DNO – UoZ, ktorí sú bezprostredne pred zaradením do projektu v evidencii UoZ viac ako 24 mesiacov, k nájdeniu si zamestnania alebo k účasti na zapracovaní za účelom získania resp. prehlbovania praktických skúseností pre potreby trhu práce.Projekt je realizovaný prostredníctvom dvoch opatrení:Opatrenie 1 – V rámci opatrenia bude poskytovaný finančný príspevok aktívnym DNO - UoZ, ktorí si nájdu zamestnaniea budú vyradení z evidencie UoZ z dôvodu vzniku pracovného pomeru a preukázaného nástupu do zamestnania,. Finančný príspevok sa bude poskytovať mesačne, počas obdobia minimálne 1 a maximálne 12 mesiacov, vo výške 126,14€ mesačne počas prvých 6 mesiacov, a následne 63,07€ mesačne ďalších 6 mesiacov.Opatrenie 2 – V rámci opatrenia bude poskytovaný finančný príspevok vo výške sumy životného minima pre DNO – UoZ na úhradu nevyhnutných výdavkov na stravovanie, ubytovanie a výdavkov na cestovné z miesta jeho trvalého alebo prechodného pobytu do miesta vykonávania zapracovania u zamestnávateľa. Zapracovanie u zamestnávateľa  sa vykonáva v rozsahu 20 hodín týždenne nepretržite najviac počas šiestich mesiacov. Na začiatku sa tiež poskytne jednorazový príspevok na úrazové poistenie vo výške max. 24€. Pre zamestnávateľa ktorý DNO – UoZ zapracuje, sa bude poskytovať finančný príspevok na úhradu nevyhnutných nákladov súvisiacich s vykonávaním zapracovania DNO, poskytovaný po dobu najviac 6 mesiacov, mesačne vo výške 7% z celkovej ceny práce vypočítanej z priemernej mzdy zamestnanca v hospodárstve Slovenskej republiky za prvý až tretí štvrťrok kalendárneho roka, ktorý predchádza kalendárnemu roku, v ktorom sa príspevok poskytuje.
