S postupným rozvojom poznatkov vedy a techniky aj zamestnávatelia menia svoje poiadavky na zručnosti a vedomosti zamestnancov. Aby stredná odborná kola vyhovela týmto poiadavkám trhu práce, musí pravidelne dopĺňa a modernizova učebné osnovy a nevyhnutne aj modernizova materiálno-technické a priestorové vybavenie pracovísk odborného vzdelávania. Práve prostredníctvom tohto projektu plánujeme zatraktívni túdium technických predmetov a doplni vybavenie o moderné stroje a zariadenia do budovaného Centra odborného vzdelávania a prípravy pre zváranie a nedetruktívne technológie v Strednej odbornej kole technickej v Tlmačoch. Hlavným ciežom projektu je zvýi počet iakov na praktickom vyučovaní a to najmä modernizáciou vybavenia odborných učební - pre virtuálne a robotické zváranie, CNC techniky, elektrických meraní a PLC systémov, CAD/CAM systémov, pre automatizáciu a riadenie, aby sme prilákali vyí počet záujemcov o túdium technických odborov v regióne a zároveň naplnili potreby zamestnávatežov regiónu na kvalifikovanú pracovnú silu. Dovybavením COVP pre zváranie a nedetruktívne technológie vznikne účelný a moderný komplex, ktorý bude poskytova vzdelávanie nielen iakom, ale aj ďalím záujemcom v rámci celoivotného vzdelávania. With the gradual development of science and technology knowledge, employers also change their requirements into skills and knowledge of employees. In order to comply with these labour market requirements, the Secondary Vocational Round must regularly complement and modernise the curricula and necessarily upgrade the material-technical and spatial equipment of the vocational training sites. It is through this project that we plan an attractive study of technical subjects and add the equipment with modern machines and equipment to the built Centre of Vocational Education and Training for Welding and Non-Destructive Technologies in the Secondary Technical Round in Tlmačy. The main objective of the project is to increase the number of students in practical teaching, especially by modernising the equipment of professional classrooms – for virtual and robotic welding, CNC techniques, electrical measurements and PLC systems, CAD/CAM systems, for automation and management, in order to attract a number of people interested in the study of technical disciplines in the region and at the same time to meet the needs of the region’s employees for qualified workforce. The retrofitting of COVP for welding and non-destructive technologies will create a purposeful and modern complex that will provide education not only to students, but also to other interested parties in the framework of life-long learning.
