Ciežom projektu je zvýi kvalitu výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu v Z s M . Moysesa v Banskej Bystrici a tým zvýi inkluzívnos vzdelávania s dôrazom na búranie bariér v kolstve, ktoré znemoňujú rovnocenný prístup k výchove a vzdelávaniu iaka primeraný jeho veku, schopnostiam, záujmom, zdravotnému stavu a v súlade so zásadami psychohygieny. iakom bude umonené zlepenie túdijných výsledkov a kompetencií.Vytvoria sa 4 nové pracovné miesta. Realizáciou aktivity 1 kola zamestná 3 asistentov učiteža, ktorí budú počas vyučovacieho procesu prítomní so iakmi v triedach, budú spolupracova s pedag. zamestnancami a vytvoria vhodné podmienky pre vzdelávanie iakov a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu iakov so VVP, ktoré vyplývajú z ich zdravotného znevýhodnenia alebo nadania.Realizáciou aktivity 2 kola zamestná kolského psychológa. Ten bude vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci orientačnej psychologickej re/diagnostiky, individuálneho, skupinového alebo hromadného psychologického poradenstva a konzultácie v procese výchovy a vzdelávania iakom, zákonným zástupcom i pedagog. zamestnancom.Projekt trvá 36 mesiacov a priamo zapojí 18 iakov so VVP do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania.
