    Predmetom projektu je výstavba nového zdroja tepla na báze OZE – sústava plynových tepelných čerpadiel pre vykurovanie priestorov budovy Základnej školy v obci Víťaz o celkovom inštalovanom výkone zdroja tepla 151,4 kW (2 x 75,7 kW) a výstavby nového zdroja tepla na báze OZE – sústava plynových tepelných čerpadiel pre vykurovanie priestorov budovy Materskej školy a Kultúrneho domu a elektrického tepelného čerpadla na ohrev TÚV o celkovom inštalovanom výkone zdroja tepla 180,57 kW (2 x 75,7 kW + 1x 29,17 kW).Oprávnená aktivita B4: Výstavba zariadení na využitie aerotermálnej energie s použitím tepelného čerpadla.Ciele projektu:- výstavba nového zdroja tepla na báze OZE- inštalácia TČ pre vykurovanie priestorov ZŠ, MŠ a OcÚ a prípravu TUV- modernizácia vykurovacieho systému za účelom zníženia spotreby energie a inštalácia systémov merania a riadenia pri prevádzke kotolne- odstránenie negatívneho dopadu na ŽP a zníženie nákladov na vykurovanie- zvýšenie podielu OZE na hrubej konečnej energetickej spotrebe SRProjekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom výzvy: Zvýšenie podielu obnoviteľných zdrojov energie na hrubej konečnej energetickej spotrebe SRPredkladaný projekt nadväzuje na doteraz zrealizované a pripravované projekty zamerané na rekonštrukciou budov OcÚ, ZŠ a MŠ ktoré riešia zabezpečenie energetickej hospodárnosti budov.Obec realizovala investície vedúce k zabezpečeniu tepelno-technických vlasností budov, úprava fasády, výmena okien, osvetlenia, bezbariérovosť.
