Brief description of the project: The petitioner of the application is Glassgallery, s.r.o., with its registered office Levická 3, 949 01 Nitra, which has been active on the market since August 2015. At present, our company provides solutions in the field of interior and exterior flat glass mounted in metal structures for final (residential, commercial, administrative,...) consumers as well as a wide group of developers and construction companies for their interior and exterior solutions. The territorial scope is primarily oriented towards the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic or the V4 countries. However, we also have contracts already in place in London and other major cities of Western Europe. Our current production activity is characterised by a relatively low degree of automation and a relatively high degree of cooperation work, especially in the field of hardened glass and metal structures. For this reason, our competitiveness vis-à-vis other producers is significantly declining and we are not up-to-date or able to fulfil the vision of the concept of smart industry in Slovakia approved by the Slovak Government and its transformation into practice is in charge of the MoE SR. The subject of the project is the procurement of a fully automated hardened glass production line with an above-standard cybersecurity module, which eliminates possible unwanted interventions from outside into our future production. In the same way, we plan to procure a modern machining centre for metal profiles in the project, which significantly refines and speeds up the production of frames for the programme of hardened glass and glass facades. New technological units will be located in the current production premises, which we have in long-term lease and fully meet the requirements of their safe operation. The main objective of the project is to: Implementation of automation and development of intelligent production at Glassgallery, s.r.o. We plan to achieve this goal by implementing the main activity: Support for intelligent innovation, namely by procuring automated manufacturing technology with “IoT” elements that we implement into our production process. Specific objectives projektu:Zavedenie of its own automated production of variousophame hardened glass and the elimination of cooperative dependence in this area, Implentation of cyber security protocols, including their hardware and software parts, Automation of processing of metal profiles,Implementation of solutions actively using sensors in the production process,Introduction of a system of targeted data collection from our production processes,Optimalisation of service and maintenance planning of production equipment using information data from production processes,Comprehensive improvement of our company’s competitiveness within the pan-European scale. Naša súčasná výrobná činnosť je charakterisktická relatívne nízkym stupňom automatizácie a pomerne vysokým stupňom kooperačných prác predovšetkým v oblasti segmentu kaleného skla a výroby kovových konštrukcií. Splnenie tohto cieľa plánujeme dosiahnuť realizáciou hlavnej aktivity: Podpora inteligentných inovácií, a to konkrétne obstaraním automatizovanej výrobnej technológie s prvkami „IoT“, ktoré implementujeme do nášho výrobného procesu. Špecifické ciele projektu:Zavedenie vlastnej automatizovanej výroby rôznofomátového kaleného skla a eliminácia kooperačných závislosti v tejto oblasti,Implentácia kyberbezpečnostných protokolov, vrátane ich hardvérovej a softvérovej časti,Automatizácia opracovania kovových profilov,Implementácia riešení aktívne využívajúcich senzory v procese výroby,Zavedenie systému cieleného zberu dát z našich výrobných procesov,Optimalizácia servisu a plánovanie údržby výrobných zariadení s využitím informačných dát z výrobných procesov,Komplexné zlepšenie konkurencieschopnosti našej spoločnosti v rámci celoeurópskeho meradla. Miesto realizácie projektu je Levická 3, 949 01 Nitra. Predpokladaná doba trvania projektu: 17 mesiacov Merateľné ukazovatele projektu – naplnenie hodnôt Počet inovovaných procesov (kód P0760): 1Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty (P0284): 1 (Slovak)
