The aim of the project is to achieve a comprehensive solution to the energy performance of an administrative building, ensuring the energy efficiency of the building while using it and reducing energy intensity (real energy consumption). The building is located in the area of the Institute of Prison and the Institute for the Enforcement of Prison, Cintorínska 3, 950 50 Nitra 1. This objective will be achieved by improving the thermal performance of building materials, improving the quality of packaging structures, installing solar systems, modernising installed ventilation, cooling and lighting systems in the building in order to reduce energy consumption, ultimately reducing the costs of heating, TUV preparation and electricity. The results of the project will also contribute to the annual energy saving target under Article 4 of the Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU. The proposed technological measures will achieve significant energy savings in the public building. (English)

    Cieľom projektu je dosiahnuť komplexné riešenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy, zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnosť budovy pri jej užívaní a zníženie energetickej náročnosti (skutočnej spotreby energie). Uvedená budova sa nachádza v areáli Ústavu na výkon väzby a Ústavu na výkon trestu odňatia slobody, Cintorínska 3, 950 50 Nitra 1. Uvedený cieľ bude dosiahnutý formou zlepšenia tepelno-technických vlastností stavebných materiálov, zlepšenia kvality obalových konštrukcií, inštalovaním solárnych systémov, modernizáciu inštalovaných systémov vetrania, chladenia a osvetlenia v budove za účelom zníženia spotreby energie, čím v konečnom dôsledku dôjde k zníženiu nákladov na vykurovanie, prípravu TUV a elektrickej energie. Výsledky projektu budú zároveň prispievať k plneniu ročného cieľa úspory energie podľa čl. 4 smernice 2012/27/EU o energetickej efektívnosti. Navrhovanými technologickými opatreniami sa dosiahne výrazná úspora potreby energie verejnej budovy. (Slovak)
