Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta cresterea ratei de insertie pe piata muncii a 70 de doctoranzi si 30 de cercetatori postdoctorat in domeniile Chimie, Inginerie chimica si Ingineria materialelor, realizata prin activitati de instruire la un potential loc de munca, ca urmare a parteneriatelor cu agenti economici si institutii din domeniul CDI, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv conform SNC si pe domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI, prin participarea la programe de formare a competentelor antreprenoriale si transversale, in sprijinul cresterii utilitatii si calitatii sistemelor de educatie si formare profesionala. Proiectul propus, cu o durata de 18 luni, se incadreaza in prioritatile strategice ale POCU 2014-2020 privind dezvoltarea resurselor umane inalt calificate, cresterea inteligenta si durabila, valorificarea potentialului fortei de munca, crearea conditiilor pentru cresterea gradului de participare pe piata muncii si accesul la locuri de munca de calitate. Prin realizarea obiectivului general, proiectul se incadreaza in AP6 Educatie si competente, PI 10.iv, prin cresterea relevantei sistemelor de educatie si formare pentru piata muncii si a calitatii acestora si prin facilitarea tranzitiei de la educatie la munca. O.S.6.13 este atins prin includerea activitatilor la un potential loc de munca/cercetare/inovare si prin domeniile prioritare, respectiv specializarile inteligente indentificate in cadrul strategiilor nationale privind competitivitatea si CDI, in care sunt incadrate temele de cercetare ale celor 100 doctoranzi si cercetatori postdoctorat: Chimie, Inginerie chimica, Ingineria materialelor. Prin asigurarea sprijinului grupului tinta si crearea de legaturi/parteneriate cu entitati care faciliteaza insertia pe piata muncii se consolideaza legaturile intre invatamantul superior, sectorul de CDI si mediul de afaceri. De asemenea, proiectul propus, prin actiunile ce urmeaza a fi desfasurate, corespunde viziunii conform careia, in anul 2020, Romania va deveni competitiva la nivel regional şi global prin inovare alimentata de cercetare-dezvoltare. The general objective of the project is to increase the insertion rate of 70 PhD students and 30 postdoctoral researchers in the fields of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Material Engineering, achieved through training activities at a potential job, as a result of partnerships with economic agents and institutions in the field of RDI, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential according to SNC and on the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI, through participation in training programs of entrepreneurial and transversal skills, in support of increasing the usefulness and quality of education and training systems. The proposed project, with a duration of 18 months, falls within the strategic priorities of POCU 2014-2020 regarding the development of highly qualified human resources, intelligent and sustainable growth, capitalising on labour potential, creating conditions for increasing the participation in the labour market and access to quality jobs. By achieving the general objective, the project falls within AP6 Education and Competences, PI 10.iv, by increasing the relevance of education and training systems for the labour market and their quality and by facilitating the transition from education to work. O.S.6.13 is achieved by including activities at a potential job/research/innovation and through the priority areas, namely smart specialisations identified within the national competitiveness and RDI strategies, which frame the research themes of the 100 PhD students and postdoctoral researchers: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering. By ensuring the support of the target group and creating links/partnerships with entities that facilitate the insertion on the labour market, the links between higher education, the RDI sector and the business environment are strengthened. Also, the proposed project, through the actions to be carried out, corresponds to the vision according to which, in 2020, Romania will become competitive at regional and global level through innovation fed by R & D.
