A sua conceção exigiu a avaliação de um conjunto alargado de fatores, tais como as localizações e coberturas dos postos da Rede Nacional de Postos de Vigia, as características técnicas dos equipamentos, as características geográficas de cada região que se pretende cobrir e a possibilidade de integração futura com as CIMs vizinhas. Its design required the evaluation of a wide range of factors, such as the locations and coverage of the posts of the National Network of Watch Posts, the technical characteristics of the equipment, the geographical characteristics of each region that is intended to be covered, and the possibility of future integration with the neighboring MICs.
