Ob. General al proiectului este „Dezvoltarea capacității Asociției Teatrul Vienez pentru Copii și a altor ONG-uri cu activitate în domeniul educației de a sustine si promova reforma administratiei publice prin formularea, promovarea și monitorizarea de politici publice alternative pentru educatie”. Obiectivul contribuie si se subscrie direct la obiectivul specific POCA si duce la punerea in aplicare a masurii II.1.6. Dezvoltarea capacității societății civile, mediului academic și a altor parteneri sociali relevanți (sindicate, patronate etc.) de a susține și promova reforma administrației publice din SCAP (pg.33), detaliata in Planul de actiuni (pg.10). Intre proiectul nostru si obiectivul specific al programului exista corespondenta prin activitatile si rezultatele propuse. Fiecare rezultat propus in directiile SCAP pe care le avem in vedere, are un rezultat echivalent in cadrul proiectului nostru, asa cum am descris mai jos. Concret, prin indicatorii si livrabilele lui, proiectul nostru pune in actiune urmatoarele directii din Planul de implementare SCAP: (1) Dezvoltarea de rețele și parteneriate între societatea civilă, mediul academic și alți factori interesați în vederea derulării de activități de advocacy (pg. 10) prin subActivitatea 3.3. Crearea unei retele de consultare privind alternativele de politici publice disponibile pentru educatie pentru cresterea responsabilitatii civice si a implicarii in procesul decizional. Aceasta retea va fi una nationala cu poli de actiune la nivel local si regional. Reteaua va fi formata doar din specialisti in educatie, metode de predare prin teatru sau alt domeniu relevant, ceea ce creste importanta retelei pentru identificarea alternativelor la politicile publice existente in vederea inovarii in educatie si a diversificarii competentelor de formare continua a cadrelor didactice. Membrii retelei vor fi identificati in urma participarii acestora la conferintele din cadrul evenimentelor „Teatrul in educatie” (A.3.1). Aceasta activitate a proiectului, cu impact direct si relevant asupra masurii II.1.6 din SCAP, isi propune sa crească dimensiunea participativă a sectorului ONG, a mediului academic românesc și a celorlalți parteneri sociali relevanți, să dezvolte cultura dialogului politic și social în România și să consolideze capacitatea acestora de a-și realiza cât mai bine și cât mai eficient activitățile, astfel încât acestea să fie parteneri vizibili pe scena politico-administrativă și cenzori ai activității autorităților publice. In urma implementarii acestei masuri, SCAP isi propune sa formeze retele nationale, locale si regionale functionale (1 retea in cadrul proiectului nostru), cu numar crescut de membri ai retelelor (valoarea tinta - 1.200 membri in reteaua noastra, participanti la conferinte). Toate aceste persoane vor deveni mesageri ai politicilor alternative propuse prin proiectul nostru. It’s ob. General of the project is “Development of the capacity of the Viennese Theater for Children Association and other NGOs active in the field of education to support and promote the reform of public administration by formulating, promoting and monitoring alternative public policies for education”. The objective contributes and subscribes directly to the POCA specific objective and leads to the implementation of Measure II.1.6. Developing the capacity of civil society, academia and other relevant social partners (trade unions, employers, etc.) to support and promote public administration reform in SCAP (pg.33), detailed in the Action Plan (pg.10). Between our project and the specific objective of the program there is correspondence through the proposed activities and results. Each result proposed in the directions of SCAP that we consider has an equivalent result in our project, as described below. Specifically, through its indicators and deliverables, our project puts into action the following directions from the SCAP Implementation Plan: (1) Develop networks and partnerships between civil society, academia and other stakeholders in order to carry out advocacy activities (pg. 10) by sub-activity 3.3. Creation of a consultation network on public policy alternatives available for education to increase civic responsibility and involvement in decision-making. This network will be a national one with poles of action at local and regional level. The network will be composed only of specialists in education, teaching methods through theatre or other relevant field, which increases the importance of the network for identifying alternatives to existing public policies in order to innovate in education and diversify the competences of continuous teacher training. The members of the network will be identified following their participation in the conferences of the “Theater in Education” events (A.3.1). This activity of the project, with a direct and relevant impact on measure II.1.6 of SCAP, aims to increase the participatory dimension of the NGO sector, the Romanian academic environment and other relevant social partners, to develop the culture of political and social dialogue in Romania and to strengthen their capacity to achieve their activities as well as efficiently as possible, so that they are visible partners on the political and administrative stage and censors of the activity of public authorities. Following the implementation of this measure, SCAP aims to form national, local and regional functional networks (1 network within our project), with increased number of network members (target value – 1,200 members in our network, participants in conferences). All these people will become messengers of the alternative policies proposed by our project. (2) Advocacy campaigns (pg. 10 SCAP Action Plan) is transposed into sub-activity 3.1, 3 (English)
