The company Deem Sports Wear s.r.o. was established on 19.11. 2013 by registration in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina in Section. Sro, under insert 60921/L and active in the field of cultural industries (NACE code 13.30.0 – Textile finishing). Main activity related to the present project: textile and clothing production within which the company operates in the design and production of tailor-made sportswear in its own unique design. Currently, the products offered by us follow materially and qualitatively general trends in the production of sports clothing. After the implementation of the project in question, the intention is to provide the client with complex clothing under one brand and at the same time to provide comfort consisting of tailor-made clothing, copying his original design. This process cannot be carried out without extending the company’s technological equipment and, at the same time, securing the material necessary for its use in small-scale production. The main product after the implementation of the project in question would be custom production made of functional materials, which are suppressed according to customer requirements in the required team colors, various logos and graphics. Clothing is used for professional and amateur athletes. Last but not least, in addition to the functional requirements, they must also comply with the prescribed rules imposed by individual sports disciplines. Another important group consists of tailor-made products or atypical non-confessional sizes. In addition to these products, the company is ready to produce small-scale production of textiles and clothing in its own special unique edition. The submitted project will be carried out at the company’s headquarters in the premises of the company at adrese:Bratislavská 31, 010 01 Žilina. The strategic objective of the project is to grow the “Competitiveness of the Company”. The specific objectives of the project sú:poskytovanie quality products and services with high added value,promoting cultural industries,producing unique products with their own design, using modern technology in the production process,strengthening marketing activities,achieving profitability,maintaining and strengthening the firm’s stable position on the market,creating new jobs in the cultural industry. The main activities of the project are “Procurement of tangible and intangible assets essential for production and innovation” and “Supporting creative creation and production for further distribution with a view to SME growth and job creation”. The main activities will be carried out through the purchase of new long-term tangible assets and the purchase of material for the purpose of its use in small series production. The implementation of the main activities of the project will lead to non-technological innovation, namely: organisational innovation. Spoločnosť Deem Sports Wear s.r.o vznikla dňa 19.11. 2013 zápisom do obchodného registra Okresného súdu Žilina v odd. Sro, pod vložkou 60921/L a pôsobí v oblasti kultúrneho priemyslu (kód NACE 13.30.0 – Konečná úprava textilu). Hlavný predmet činnosti súvisiaci s predkladaným projektom: textilná a odevná výroba v rámci, ktorej spoločnosť pôsobí v segmente návrhu a produkcie športového oblečenia na mieru vo vlastnom jedinečnom dizajne. V súčasnosti nami ponúkané produkty kopírujú materiálovo a kvalitatívne všeobecné trendy vo výrobe športového oblečenia. Po realizácii predmetného projektu zámerom je, aby sme zabezpečili pre klienta komplexné oblečenie pod jednou značkou a zároveň poskytnúť komfort spočívajúci v ušití oblečenia na mieru, kopírujúci jeho originálny dizajn. Tento proces nie je možné uskutočniť bez rozšírenia technologického vybavenia spoločnosti a zároveň zabezpečenia materiálu potrebného za účelom jeho použitia pri malosériovej výrobe. Hlavným produktom po realizácii predmetného projektu by bola zákazková výroba vyrábaná z funkčných materiálov, ktoré sú na základe požiadaviek zákazníkov potláčané v požadovaných tímových farbách, rôznych logách a grafikách. Oblečenie slúži pre profesionálnych a amatérskych športovcov. V neposlednom rade musia spĺňať okrem funkčných požiadaviek aj predpísané pravidlá kladené jednotlivými športovými disciplínami. Ďalšiu dôležitú skupinu tvoria produkty šité na mieru resp. atypické nekonfekčné veľkosti. Okrem týchto produktov je spoločnosť pripravená vyrobiť malosériovú výrobu textilu a odevov vo vlastnej špeciálnej jedinečnej edícii. Predkladaný projekt sa bude realizovať v sídle spoločnosti v prevádzkových priestoroch v sídle spoločnosti na adrese:Bratislavská 31, 010 01 Žilina. Strategickým cieľom projektu je rast "konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti". Špecifickými cieľmi projektu sú:poskytovanie kvalitných produktov a služieb s vysokou pridanou hodnotou,podpora kultúrneho priemyslu,produkcia jedinečných produktov s vlastným dizajnom, využívanie modernej techniky vo výrobnom procese,posilnenie marketingových aktivít,dosahovanie profitability,udržať a posilniť stabilnú pozíciu firmy na trhu,tvorba nových pracovných miest v kultúrnom priemysle. Hlavnými aktivitami projektu sú „Obstaranie hmotného a nehmotného majetku nevyhnutného pre výrobu a inovácie“ a „Podpora kreatívnej tvorby a produkcie pre účely jej ďalšej distribúcie s cieľom rastu MSP a tvorby pracovných miest“. Hlavné aktivity budú realizované prostredníctvom nákupu nového dlhodobého hmotného majetku a nákupu materiálu za účelom jeho použitia pri malosériovej výrobe. Realizáciou hlavných aktivít projektu dôjde k netechnologickej inovácii a to konkrétne: organizačnej inovácii.
