The aim of the business plan and project entitled ‘Support in the cultural sector for job creation’ is to mobilise creative potential in the field of the creation of audiovisual works from the aquatic environment and to create jobs in the creative industry in the Nitra Region. The planned output of the project “Support in the cultural sector for job creation” is the creation of an audiovisual centre “dive 2000 production”, the creative output of which will be multimedia works combining audiovisual works with written text. The project will be implemented through 3 main project activities:1. Main Activity 1. Acquisition of tangible and intangible assets essential for production and innovation2. Main Activity 3. Support of marketing activities 3. Main Activity 5. Support for creative creation and production for the purpose of its further distribution with the aim of SME growth The implementation of the project is located in Nitra region, which has some potential for the development of creative and cultural industries, especially from the perspective of available labour in the form of secondary school graduates. The output of the project will be the creation of an audiovisual centre, providing the company with state-of-the-art technological equipment that will enable it to carry out further entrepreneurial development in the areas of production activity. Thanks to the technological basis, the company will be able to expand its product portfolio and carry out extensive marketing activities aimed at further development of the company.The implementation of the first two activities requires the creation of jobs in the creative industry and the recruitment of two employees who are able to produce audiovisual works in real time, especially editing, technical adaptations and graphic preparation of publications, worksheets and workbooks. The company will create new jobs in the creative industry that will be of a lasting nature, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project’s outputs. All activities are in line with the strategy for decentralisation of creative and cultural industries to the regions and aim at achieving measurable indicators of creating new jobs. Cieľom podnikateľského plánu a projektu s názvom „Podpora v kultúrnom sektore pre účely tvorby pracovných miest“ je mobilizácia kreatívneho potenciálu v oblasti tvorby audiovizuálnych diel z vodného prostredia a tvorba pracovných miest v kreatívnom priemysle v Nitrianskom kraji. Plánovaným výstupom projektu „Podpora v kultúrnom sektore pre účely tvorby pracovných miest“ je vytvorenie audiovizuálneho centra „dive 2000 production“, ktorého kreatívnym výstupom budú multimediálne diela, spájajúce audiovizuálne diela s písaným textom. Projekt bude implementovaný prostredníctvom 3 hlavných aktivít projektu:1. Hlavná aktivita 1. Obstaranie hmotného a nehmotného majetku nevyhnutných pre výrobu a inovácie2. Hlavná aktivita 3. Podpora marketingových aktivít 3. Hlavná aktivita 5. Podpora kreatívnej tvorby a produkcie pre účely jej ďalšej distribúcie s cieľom rastu MSP Realizácia projektu je lokalizovaná do Nitrianskeho kraja, ktorý má určitý potenciál pre rozvoj kreatívneho a kultúrneho priemyslu, najmä z pohľadu dostupných pracovných síl vo forme absolventov stredných škôl. Výstupom projektu bude vytvorenie audiovizuálneho centra, pričom spoločnosť získa najmodernejšie technologické vybavenie, ktoré jej umožní realizovať ďalší podnikateľský rozvoj v oblastiach producentskej činnosti. Vďaka technologickej báze bude môcť spoločnosť rozšíriť svoje produktové portfólio a realizovať rozsiahle marketingové aktivity zamerané na ďalší rozvoj spoločnosti.Realizácia prvých dvoch aktivít si následne vyžaduje vytvoriť pracovné miesta v kreatívnom priemysle a prijať dvoch zamestnancov, ktorí dokážu v reálnom čase zabezpečiť produkciu audiovizuálnych diel, predovšetkým strih, technické úpravy a grafickú prípravu publikácií, pracovných listov a zošitov. Spoločnosť vytvorí nové pracovné pozície v kreatívnom priemysle, ktoré budú mať trvalý charakter, čím sa zabezpečí dlhodobá udržateľnosť výstupov projektu. Všetky aktivity sú v súlade so stratégiou decentralizácie kreatívneho a kultúrneho priemyslu do regiónov a zamerané na dosiahnutie merateľných ukazovateľov, ktorými sú tvorbami nových pracovných miest.
