The need to implement this project is based on the current situation, which lies in the fact that in the Basic Round, Dargov heroes 19, Humenné there is a gradual increase in the number of chicks with special education – educational needs. The basic round applies the principles of inclusive education in its educational process, which is also based on the need not only for a larger material and technical background, but mainly in the need of professional staffing capacities such as assistants, special educators, etc. Through the implementation of the project, the project wants to fully support education applying the principles of equal opportunities for providing quality education to all, including those with special education and educational needs.  The project consists of three main activitiesEquality of opportunities in education – educational process,Diagnosis and re-diagnosis with the aim of eliminating school failure. Improving the school’s success, including students with special education – educational needs. The also group are all who are visiting the basic school, including those with VVP and those coming from SZP. The measurement indicators are:- the number of rounds involved in activities aimed at promoting an inclusive education model = 1- number of VET in supported rounds involved in activities aimed at promoting an inclusive education model = 12- number of supported rounds applying an inclusive education model = 1- number of VET-caps in supported rounds involved in activities promoting an inclusive learning model, which have improved 6 months after completion of the programme = 8- additional number of VET students enrolled in regular classes, in rounds that implement an inclusive learning model 24 months after project completion = 6 additional post-programme education models; (English)

    Potreba realizácie predkladaného projektu vychádza zo súčasnej situácie, ktorá spočíva v skutočnosti, že v Základnej škole, Dargovských hrdinov 19, Humenné dochádza k postupnému zvyšovaniu počtu žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno - vzdelávacími potrebami. Základná škola uplatňuje vo svojom výchovno - vzdelávacom procese princípy inkluzívneho vzdelávania, čo však spočíva aj v potrebe nielen väčšieho materiálneho - technického zázemia ale predovšetkým v potrebe odborných personálnych kapacít akými sú asistenti učiteža, špeciálni pedagógovia a pod. Žiadatež prostredníctvom realizácie projektu chce naplno umožni a podpori vzdelávanie uplatňujúce princípy rovnosti príležitostí pre poskytnutie kvalitného vzdelávania všetkým žiakom vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno - vzdelávacími potrebami.  Projekt pozostáva z troch hlavných aktivítRovnos príležitostí vo výchovno - vzdelávacom procese,Diagnostikovanie a rediagnostikovanie s ciežom eliminácie školskej neúspešnosti.Zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno - vzdelávacími potrebami.Ciežovou skupinou sú všetci žiaci navštevujúci základnú školu vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP a žiakov pochádzajúcich zo SZP. Meratežnými ukazovatežmi sú:- počet škôl zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania = 1- počet žiakov so ŠVVP v podporených školách zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania = 12- počet podporených škôl, ktoré uplatňujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania = 1- počet žiakov so ŠVVP v podporených školách zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania, ktorých sa zlepšili študijné výsledky 6 mesiacov po absolvovaní programu = 8- dodatočný počet žiakov so ŠVVP zaradených v bežných triedach, v školách, ktoré implementujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania 24 mesiacov po skončení projektu =  6- dodatočný počet žiakov so ŠVVP zo SZP zaradených v bežných triedach, v školách, ktoré implementujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania 24 mesiacov po ukončení projektu = 4 (Slovak)
