Hlavným cieľom projektu „Podpora pracovných miest v spoločnosti adv holding s.r.o.“ je zvýšiť zamestnanosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby, prostredníctvom vytvorenia pracovných miest v spoločnosti adv holding s.r.o..Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú uchádzači o zamestnanie registrovaní na úrade práce v meste Stará Ľubovňa, ktoré je sídlom spoločnosti, ako aj v mestách Košice, Lipany a Poprad, v ktorých má spoločnosť svoje pobočky. Výsledkom projektu budú novovytvorené pracovné miesta pre 11 uchádzačov o zamestnanie evidovaných na úrade práce. Projekt napĺňa nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele:P0097 Nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných: 11P0037 Dlhodobo nezamestnané osoby: 0P0109 Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokov: 0P0107 Osoby so základným (ISCED 1) alebo nižším sekundárnym (ISCED 2) vzdelaním: 0P0638 Účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní: 0 (Slovak)

The main objective of the project “Supporting jobs in adv holding s.r.o.” is to increase employment and reduce unemployment, with special emphasis on long-term unemployed, low-skilled, elderly and disabled people, through the creation of jobs in the company adv holding s.r.o. The project’s target group are jobseekers registered with the employment office in Stará Ľubovňa, which is the registered office of the company, as well as in the towns of Košice, Lipany and Poprad, where the company has its branches. The project will result in newly created jobs for 11 jobseekers registered at the employment office.
