The main objective of the present project Development of Sector Skills at SADRO s.r.o. is the development of skills of employees with potential for future professional and career development with the effect of increasing employee evaluation, work efficiency, increasing the professional and qualitative level of the company and access to the customer. The project will result in a group of 26 people who will have increased responsibilities in the field of trade. The objective group is employees of our company, including employees in the age group over 50 years. The development of skills will monetise the quality of the skills of our employees in the portfolio segment we are engaged in, improving communication and professional causes of people. At the same time, our company aims to introduce ICT technologies into the process of technological development of individual activities and production processes. The project will be implemented within two main activities, the first of which consists of two sub-activities. The project will be implemented in the eligible territory of the less developed regions of the Slovak Republic, i.e. the territory of the Slovak Republic except the Bratislava Self-Governing Region as follows: Nuts II Western Slovakia (Trnavský, Nitra and Trenčín Self-Governing Region) in Povaska Bystrica (Povaska Bystrica district). The project is expected to be implemented from May 2019 to April 2020, i.e. 12 months. Employees of SADRO s. r. o. working in an employment relationship under the Labour Code, as amended by the late regulations, are employees of SADRO s.r.o. who are permanently resident in the territory of the Slovak Republic (SR) and the place of work, as defined in the employment contract, in the eligible territory of the less developed region of the Slovak Republic, i.e. the territory of the Slovak Republic except the Bratislava Self-governing Region. The project will meet the following measurement indicators: P0683 Employed persons, including self-employed persons (hereinafter referred to as self-employed persons)P0640 Participants who have successfully completed education/trainingP0641 Participants who have benefited from a job creation/service allowance, including self-employment, including self-employment at the time of departureP0109 Persons over the age of 50P0107 Persons with basic employment (ISCED 1) or lower secondary (ISCED2), who are employed at the time of leaving, including self-employed persons, who have earned a post of six months after leaving, who are also in line with the specific mobility challenges of the country of employment, as well as in the field of employment, in terms of employment, and in the field of employment. Hlavným ciežom predkladaného projektu Rozvoj sektorových zručností v spoločnosti Sadro s. r. o. je rozvoj zručností zamestnancov s potenciálom k budúcemu odbornému a kariérnemu rastu s efektom zvyovania ohodnotenia zamestnancov, vyej efektivite práce, zvyovania odbornej a kvalitatívnej úrovne spoločnosti a prístupu ku zákazníkovi. Výsledkom projektu bude skupina 26 osôb, ktoré budú ma zvýené kompetencie v oblasti obchodu. Ciežovou skupinou sú zamestnanci naej spoločnosti vrátane zamestnancov vo vekovej kategórii nad 50 rokov. Rozvoj zručností umoní kvalitné vypracovanie zručností naich zamestnancov v segmente portfólia, ktorému sa venujeme, skvalitní komunikáciu a odbornú spôsobilos osôb. Zároveň je ciežom naej spoločnosti zavádzanie IKT technológií do procesu technického rozvoja jednotlivých činností a výrobných procesov.Projekt bude realizovaný v rámci dvoch hlavných aktivít, pričom prvá z nich sa skladá z dvoch podaktivít. Projekt bude realizovaný na oprávnenom území menej rozvinutých regiónov SR, t.j. územie SR okrem Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja nasledovne: NUTS II Západné Slovensko (Trnavský, Nitriansky a Trenčiansky samosprávny kraj) v Povaskej Bystrici (okres Povaská Bystrica). Predpokladané obdobie realizácie projektu je od mája 2019 do apríla 2020, teda 12 mesiacov. Ciežovou skupinou sú zamestnanci spoločnosti Sadro s. r. o. pracujúci v pracovnom pomere podža Zákonníka práce, v znení neskorích predpisov, s trvalým pobytom na území Slovenskej republiky (SR) a miestom výkonu práce, určenom v pracovnej zmluve, na oprávnenom území menej rozvinutého regiónu SR, t.j. územia SR okrem Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja. Projekt bude napĺňa nasledovné meratežné ukazovatele: P0683 Zamestnané osoby, vrátane samostatne zárobkovo činných osôb (ďalej aj SZČ)P0640 Účastníci, ktorí úspene absolvovali vzdelávanie / odbornú prípravuP0641 Účastníci, ktorí vyuili príspevok na zaloenie/udranie pracovného miesta vrátane samostatnej zárobkovej činnosti a sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činníP0109 Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokovP0107 Osoby so základným (ISCED 1) alebo niím sekundárnym (ISCED2) vzdelanímP0635 Účastníci, ktorí si udrali pracovné miesto es mesiacov po odchode Projekt je v súlade so pecifickým ciežom 3.1.2 výzvy - Zlepi prístup na trh práce uplatnením účinných nástrojov na podporu zamestnanosti, vrátane podpory mobility pre získanie zamestnania, samostatnej zárobkovej činnosti a aktivít vo vidieckych oblastiach ako aj v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi udratežný rozvoj, podpora rovnosti muov a ien a nediskriminácia, ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 veobecného nariadenia.
