Tento projekt sa realizuje v súlade s ciežom programu ESO a má synergiu s projektmi Meranie efektívnosti poskytovaných sluieb verejnej správy, intitucionálny rozvoj Klientskych centier a integrácia spätnej väzby klientov a Optimalizácia procesov vo verejnej správe, pričom je samostatným projektom, ktorý je ďalím pilierom komplexného zabezpečenia reformy VS v súlade s ciežmi projektu. Ciežom projektu a hlavnou aktivitou je stabilizácia transformácie výkonu miestnej tátnej správy na proklientsky orientovaný prístup k občanovi prostredníctvom podpory administratívnych kapacít klientskych pracovísk. Úspenos transformácie okresných úradov na klientske pracoviská je podmienená stabilizáciou administratívnych kapacít klientskych pracovísk, ktorá je nevyhnutným predpokladom pre odborný, praxou podloený a zároveň flexibilný prístup zamestnancov ku klientom (občanom a podnikatežom).Keďe sluby verejnej správy ovplyvňujú kadú osobu, ktorá s ňou prichádza do kontaktu, či u ako prijímatež alebo ich poskytovatež, ciežová skupina je zostavená tak, aby profit z realizácie projektu mal čo najväčí dopad na kvalitu a spokojnos s poskytovanými slubami. Ciežovú skupinu projektu budú tvori zamestnanci miestnej tátnej správy, ktorí sa transformačným procesom preklasifikovali zo tandardnej agendovej činnosti na agendu front office pracoviska (klientskeho pracoviska) okresného úradu a zastávajú pozíciu poskytovateža sluieb (pracovníci vo front office pracoviskách a supervízori klientskych pracovísk). Miestom realizácie projektu je 79 úradov pecializovanej tátnej správy integrované do truktúry okresných úradov v zmysle územno-správneho členenia SR.Sledovanými meratežnými ukazovatežmi projektu sú:- P0296 počet podporených klientskych centier poskytujúcich pro-klientsky orientované sluby FO a PO- P0894 počet miest prvého kontaktu pri poskytovaní sluieb verejnej správy. This project is implemented in accordance with the objective of the ESO programme and has synergies with projects Measuring the efficiency of provided public administration services, institutional development of Client Centres and integration of customer feedback and Optimisation of processes in public administration, while being a separate project, which is another pillar of comprehensive VS reform in line with the objectives of the project. The aim of the project and the main activity is to stabilise the transformation of the performance of the local state administration into a pro-cliently oriented approach to the citizen by supporting the administrative capacity of the client workplaces. The success of the transformation of district offices into client workplaces is conditional on the stabilisation of the administrative capacities of the client workplaces, which is a prerequisite for professional, practice-based and flexible access of employees to clients (citizens and entrepreneurs).When the services of the public administration affect any person who comes into contact with them, whether at the reception or by their provider, the target group is designed in such a way that the benefit from the implementation of the project has the greatest impact on the quality and satisfaction of the provided clubs. The aim group of the project will be the employees of the local state administration, who have reclassified themselves through the transformation process from standard agenda activity to the front office agenda of the district office and occupy the position of service provider (workers in front office workplaces and supervisors of client workplaces). The place of implementation of the project is 79 offices of the specialised state administration integrated into the structure of the district offices in the sense of the territorial-administrative breakdown of the Slovak Republic.The measured indicators of the project are:- P0296 number of supported client centers providing pro-clientally oriented services FO and PO- P0894 number of first contact points in the provision of public administration services.
