The main aim of the project entitled “Supporting jobs – BULLMEDIA, s. r. o.” is to support the application of jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers on the labour market in the district of Čadca. The length of the project implementation is planned for 19 months. The aim of the project is to reduce unemployment, increase employment and employ jobseekers with an emphasis on disadvantaged jobseekers. At the same time, the aim is to provide active support and assistance to UoZ and Zuoz staff in carrying out work activities and adapting them to the post. The place of implementation of the project is Čadca district. The objective group is jobseekers in accordance with specific objective 3.1.1 of the OP źZ and Sections 6 and 8 of Act No 5/2004 on employment services. The main activity of the call Jobs support is composed of two successive parts. Seeking and selecting jobseekers is one time of the main activity. The successful completion is followed by a second time, namely the actual employment of jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers with mentoring and tutoring activities. The output of the project activity will be 12 jobs, which will be filled by 10 jobseekers for a minimum period of 12 months and 2 disadvantaged jobseekers for at least 18 months in the cleaning services sector. As part of the measurement indicators, the applicant assumes 1 person over the age of 50 and 1 person from persons with HR, single parents or graduates to fill jobs. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Hlavným zámerom projektu s názvom Podpora pracovných miest - BULLMEDIA, s. r. o. " je podpora uplatnenia uchádzačov o zamestnanie a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie na trhu práce v okrese Čadca. Dĺka realizácie projektu je naplánovaná na 19 mesiacov. Ciežom projektu je zníenie nezamestnanosti, zvýenie zamestnanosti ako aj zamestnatežnosti uchádzačov o zamestnanie s dôrazom na znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie. Zároveň ide o zabezpečenie aktívnej podpory a pomoci pre zamestnancov z radov UoZ a ZUoZ pri vykonávaní pracovných činností a pri ich adaptácií na pracovnom mieste. Miestom realizácie projektu je okres Čadca. Ciežovou skupinou sú uchádzači o zamestnanie v súlade so pecifickým ciežom 3.1.1 OP źZ a § 6 a §8 zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o slubách zamestnanosti. Hlavná aktivita výzvy Podpora pracovných miest je zloená z dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častí. Vyhžadávanie a výber uchádzačov o zamestnanie je jednou časou hlavnej aktivity. Po jej úspenom absolvovaní nasleduje druhá čas a to samotné zamestnávanie uchádzačov o zamestnanie a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie s vyuitím mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Výstupom realizácie aktivity projektu bude 12 pracovných miest, ktoré budú obsadené úspenými 10 uchádzačmi o zamestnanie na dobu min. 12 mesiacov a 2 znevýhodnenými uchádzačmi o zamestnanie na dobu min. 18 mesiacov v sektore upratovacích sluieb. V rámci meratežných ukazovatežov iadatež predpokladá obsadenie pracovných miest 1 osobou vo veku nad 50 rokov a 1 osobou z radov osôb so ZP, osamelých rodičov či absolventov. (Slovak)
