The civil association of LAVUTA was established in April 2003. Its mission is mainly to support marginalised groups and to integrate them into social, work and family life and activities aimed at tackling unemployment, retraining and educational activities. Since its creation, it has implemented several successful projects aimed at the integration and development of children and youth from the MRC. The purpose of the project is Improved public policies in the field of preparation of young people from a low-incentive environment into the labour market in the Banská Bystrica region. The project has 2 specific objectives: 1. Complex solutions for preparing young people from a low-incentive environment into the labour market in the Banská Bystrica region, created and accepted by key players;2. A reinforced regional partnership for preparing young people from a low-incentive environment into the labour market.The project will be implemented through 1 main activity Processes, systems and policies for preparing young people for the labour market in the region. Has 3 podaktivity:1.1 Analysis of the starting state in the field of preparation of young people from a low-incentive environment into the labour market,1.2 Assessment of the current status, 1.3 Creation of procedures and solutions in the field of preparation of young people from a low-incentive environment to the labour market, at regional level. The project has 3 informal regional partners the towns of Banská Bystrica and Vežký Krtí and Banská Bystrica self-governing region. The project is planned for 20 months. The target group is young, aged 13 and 16, with an emphasis on CLLD. The project responds to a number of identified problems at regional level, lacking an effective model for preparing young people from a low-incentive environment into the labour market; there is a lack of peer-to-peer approach when searching for solutions; target groups are not involved in the creation of conceptual materials; the problem is not dealt with by complex family, rounds, employers; young people from a less stimulating environment often do not trust themselves and are not motivated to prepare for employment. Planned Measurement Indicators: Number of conceptual, analytical and methodological materials 2, Number of proposed measures aimed at streamlining HR 3, Number of newly established platforms for raising IR 1, Number of multisectoral partnerships created 3, Number of legislative standards, methodological guidelines and guidelines analysed – 13, Number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out 3, Number of information activities implemented 26. Občianske zdruenie LAVUTA vzniklo v apríli 2003. Jeho poslaním je hlavne podpora marginalizovaných skupín a ich integrácia do spoločenského, pracovného a rodinného ivota a aktivity zamerané na rieenie nezamestnanosti, rekvalifikácie a vzdelávacie aktivity. Od svojho vzniku realizovalo viacero úspených projektov zameraných na integráciu a rozvoj detí a mládee z MRK.Účelom projektu sú Zlepené verejné politiky v oblasti prípravy mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce v Banskobystrickom regióne.Projekt má 2 pecifické ciele: 1. Komplexné rieenia v oblasti prípravy mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce v Banskobystrickom regióne, tvorené a akceptované kžúčovými aktérmi;2. Posilnené regionálne partnerstvo pre prípravu mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce.Projekt sa bude realizova prostredníctvom 1 hlavnej aktivity Procesy, systémy a politiky v oblasti prípravy mladých pre trh práce v regióne. Má 3 podaktivity:1.1 Analýza východiskového stavu v oblasti prípravy mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce,1.2 Hodnotenie súčasného stavu, 1.3 Tvorba postupov a rieení v oblasti prípravy mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce, na regionálnej úrovni.Projekt má 3 neformálnych regionálnych partnerov mestá Banská Bystrica a Vežký Krtí a Banskobystrický samosprávny kraj.Projekt je plánovaný na 20 mesiacov. Ciežovou skupinou sú mladí, vo veku 13 a 16 rokov z málo podnetného prostredia, s dôrazom na MRK.Projekt reaguje na viaceré identifikované problémy na regionálne úrovni absentuje efektívny model prípravy mladých z málo podnetného prostredia na trh práce; chýba partnerský prístup pri hžadaní rieení; do tvorby koncepčných materiálov nie sú zapájané ciežové skupiny; problém sa neriei komplexné rodina, kola, zamestnávatelia; mladí z málo podnetného prostredia si často nedôverujú a sú málo motivovaní pre prípravu na zamestnanie. Plánované meratežné ukazovatele: Počet koncepčných, analytických a metodických materiálov 2, Počet navrhnutých opatrní zameraných na zefektívnenie VS 3, Počet novovzniknutých platforiem na zvyovanie VP 1, Počet vytvorených multisektorových partnerstiev 3, Počet zanalyzovaných legislatívnych noriem, metodických pokynov a usmernení - 13, Počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a túdií 3, Počet zrealizovaných informačných aktivít 26.
