The provision of care services in the social services system at community level is an effective support tool to ensure that clients depended on to help others in their natural environment, which is the main prerequisite for reducing poverty and social exclusion. The project also aims to support the development of care services in order to prevent clients from being placed in residential social services facilities. Implementation of the project will take place through the main activity of the project, namely through the provision of care services in accordance with the law on social services by qualified caregivers. Through the implemented main activity umoníme:podporu the development of the caregiving service in order to prevent the placement of clients in social services facilities and support community care,providing caregiving services to a large number of people dependent on the help of another person in the home environment, staying the client of social services, for as long as possible in the natural environment in the family and the community, the availability of care services for disadvantaged groups of the population (children and natural persons with disabilities, ill health, seniors, people with social exclusion), will create a suitable environment for the preservation, restoration and development of the capacity of natural persons and their families to live independently, create and maintain carers’ jobs and thus promote employment in Trstená, support for information campaigns to provide the public with information on the provision of care services and de-intitucionalisation.The whole project will be carried out for 26 months in the town of Trstená, in the natural home environment of the client, where he will be provided with qualified care services providing services in the field of social inclusion.Merateless indicators projektu:Počet supported capacities of new innovative services or measures at community level, in the home environment, in an open environment or in a substitute environment 7.Number of projects focusing on public administrations or social services at national, regional and local level 1. Poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby v systéme sociálnych sluieb na komunitnej úrovni je efektívnym nástrojom podpory na zabezpečenie zotrvania klientov odkázaných na pomoc iných v ich prirodzenom prostredí, čo je hlavným predpokladom pre zniovanie chudoby a miery sociálneho vylúčenia.Ciežom predkladaného projektu je podpora rozvoja opatrovatežskej sluby za účelom predchádzania umiestňovania klientov do pobytových zariadení sociálnych sluieb. Realizácia projektu bude prebieha prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity projektu a to poskytovaním opatrovatežskej sluby v zmysle zákona o sociálnych slubách kvalifikovanou opatrovatežkou.Prostredníctvom realizovanej hlavnej aktivity umoníme:podporu rozvoja opatrovatežskej sluby za účelom predchádzania umiestňovania klientov do zariadení sociálnych sluieb a podpora komunitnej starostlivosti,poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby väčiemu počtu osôb odkázaných na pomoc inej osoby v domácom prostredí,zotrvanie klienta sociálnych sluieb, čo najdlhiu dobu v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite,zvýi dostupnos opatrovatežskej sluby pre znevýhodnené skupiny obyvatežstva (deti a fyzické osoby s akým zdravotným postihnutím, s nepriaznivým zdravotným stavom, seniorom, osoby postihnuté sociálnym vylúčením),vytvori vhodné prostredie pre zachovanie, obnovu a rozvoj schopnosti fyzických osôb a ich rodín vies samostatný ivot,vytvori a udra pracovné miesta opatrovateliek a tým podpori zamestnanos v meste Trstená,podpora informačných kampaní s ciežom poskytnú verejnosti informácie o poskytovaní opatrovatežskej slube a deintitucionalizácii.Celý projekt bude realizovaný 26 mesiacov v mesta Trstená, v prirodzenom domácom prostredí klienta, kde sa mu bude poskytova opatrovatežská sluba kvalifikovanou opatrovatežkou poskytujúca sluby v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia.Meratežnými ukazovatežmi projektu:Počet podporených kapacít nových inovatívnych sluieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domacom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí 7.Počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne sluby na vnútrotátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni 1.
