The aim of the national project (NP) is to support the deintitisation of alternative care, in particular to increase the availability of professional assistance and to improve the implementation of socially legal protection measures for children and social guardianship (SPOD and SK) for the die and family. Through the NP, the implementation of legislative changes in the area of SPOD and SK, the essence of which consists of changing the philosophy of the implementation of the SPOD and SK measures in the SPOD and SK facilities, will be supported. The current types of facilities of the SPOD and SK, which are primarily aimed at professional assistance of a residential nature on the basis of a court decision, will expand their implementation of the measures of the SPOD and SK also on the implementation of these measures in an outpatient and field form, as well as adapting the accommodation capacity to carry out these measures for the child or the child and his family, as well as on the basis of an agreement. In this context, a change in the implementation of those measures by the bodies of the JPA and the SK themselves is necessary. The NP will also support the development of the quality of the implemented JPA and SK measures. NP will be implemented through the main activity Supporting work with the diea and his family, which will be implemented through podaktivít:1.1. Promoting the coordination of work with the family1.2. Promoting the availability and professionalism of outpatient and/or fieldwork in centres for children and families (centre); activity carried out in cooperation with partners1.3. Support for the expert assistance of the dieau and his family carried out in the centre in a residential form on the basis of an agreement; activity carried out in cooperation with partners1.4. Support for expert assistance to be placed in the centre on the basis of a judicial decision and his family; activity carried out in cooperation with partners1.5. Support for deepening the knowledge and competences of professional staff/employees in the field of working with the girl and his/her familySocieties NP:deti, adult natural persons and families for which the JPA and SK measures are being implemented; staff implementing social inclusion policies and measures in the public and non-public sectors; entities implementing the measures of the SPOD and SK NP will be implemented throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic. Ciežom národného projektu (NP) je podpora deintitucionalizácie náhradnej starostlivosti, osobitne zvýenie dostupnosti odbornej pomoci a skvalitnenie vykonávania opatrení sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately (SPOD a SK) pre diea a rodinu.Prostredníctvom NP bude podporená implementácia legislatívnych zmien v oblasti SPOD a SK, ktorých podstata spočíva v zmene filozofie výkonu opatrení SPOD a SK v zariadeniach SPOD a SK. Súčasné druhy zariadení SPOD a SK, ktoré sú zamerané primárne na odbornú pomoc deom pobytového charakteru na základe rozhodnutia súdu, rozíria svoj výkon opatrení SPOD a SK aj o výkon týchto opatrení ambulantnou a terénnou formou a zároveň prispôsobia pobytové kapacity na výkon týchto opatrení pre diea, resp. diea a jeho rodinu aj na základe dohody. V tejto súvislosti je potrebná aj zmena výkonu uvedených opatrení samotnými orgánmi SPOD a SK. NP zároveň podporí aj rozvoj kvality vykonávaných opatrení SPOD a SK. NP bude realizovaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity Podpora práce s dieaom a jeho rodinou, ktorá bude realizovaná prostredníctvom podaktivít:1.1. Podpora koordinácie práce s rodinou1.2. Podpora dostupnosti a profesionality ambulantnej a/alebo terénnej formy práce v centrách pre deti a rodiny (centrum); aktivita vykonávaná v spolupráci s partnermi1.3. Podpora odbornej pomoci dieau a jeho rodine vykonávanej v centre pobytovou formou na základe dohody; aktivita vykonávaná v spolupráci s partnermi1.4. Podpora odbornej pomoci dieau umiestnenom v centre na základe súdneho rozhodnutia a jeho rodine; aktivita vykonávaná v spolupráci s partnermi1.5. Podpora prehlbovania znalostí a spôsobilostí odborných zamestnancov/zamestnankýň v oblasti práce s dieaom a jeho rodinouCiežové skupiny NP:deti, plnoleté fyzické osoby a rodiny, pre ktoré sa vykonávajú opatrenia SPOD a SK; zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj neverejnom sektore; subjekty vykonávajúce opatrenia SPOD a SK NP bude realizovaný na celom území Slovenskej republiky.
