CZ consists of two basic pavilions, pavilion A serves for education for students 1-4 years, pavilion B foria 5-9 years. There are 20 classic classrooms and 5 professional classrooms (physical, ICT, polytechnical, geographical and art classrooms), not all well equipped. At the second level of the basic rounds, education in individual classes is specialised in either mathematics or foreign languages education There are no professional foreign language classrooms, biological-chemical, we do not have a quality school book, it is necessary to establish a single ICT classroom. The school is largely oriented towards theoretical education, there is no link with practice, well-equipped professional classrooms would help the situation. The link between primary rounds, middle school and employment is hampered by poorly delivered education, especially through quality vocational training. We do not have professional classrooms for foreign languages, although in some classes education in some classes is focused on English and German, insufficient number of ICT classrooms (only one), insufficiently equipped physical and polytechnic classroom, lack of biological-chemical classroom and quality school library. Ilina is one of the most developing cities in Slovakia, in recent years there have been many investors in the region, engineering and automotive, ICT companies, etc. Thus, in the period since our accession to the EU, many foreign investors have been active in the region, but human resources are not sufficiently equipped with language and what is needed in modern times, those for working with computers. Our rounds cooperate with the middle rounds in the region, but we lack the equipment for satisfactory and quality cooperation, where the Z would learn work in polytechnics, or with quality equipment they would be educated in foreign languages, computer sciences, sciences etc. In view of the initial situation in our city and the needs of the region’s solution, we defined the following: Raise the professional education of students and the public as a prerequisite for raising the living level of the population. The main objective of the project will be achieved by fulfilling specific objectives, through the results of the project, which will be newly established and equipped with professional classrooms of the Church Primary School of Romuald Zaymus in ilina. We set the specific objectives of the project as follows:1. Create high-quality professional classrooms2. Removes obstacles in linking theoretical teaching at the rounds and requirements of middle rounds and practice3 Creates conditions for quality life-long learning The values of indicators indicate that one basic round is supported, which will increase the capacity of the supported school infrastructure of basic rounds for 513 students.Number of supported books – 1, Number of supported ICT classrooms 1, Number of supported language classrooms 1, Number of supported polytechnic classrooms 1, Number of supported science classrooms 2, Number of supported elementary rounds – 1.     CZŠ Romualda Zaymusa, Romualda Zaymusa 3, Žilina sa nachádza v centre krajského mesta Žilina. CZŠ sa skladá z dvoch základných pavilónov, pavilón A slúži na vzdelávanie pre žiakov 1-4 ročníkov, pavilón B pre žiakov 5-9. ročníkov. Na škole je 20 klasických učební a 5 odborných učební (fyzikálna, IKT, polytechnická, geografická a učebňa výtvarnej výchovy), nie všetky dostatočne vybavené.Na II. stupni základných škôl sa špecializuje vzdelávanie v jednotlivých triedach buď na matematiku, alebo vzdelávanie cudzích jazykov Na ZŠ absentujú odborné učebne cudzích jazykov, biologicko-chemická, nemáme k dispozícii kvalitnú školskú knižnicu, je potrebné zriadi ešte jednu IKT učebňu.Škola sa z väčšej miery orientuje na teoretické vzdelávanie – chýba prepojenie s praxou, kvalitne vybavené odbornú učebne by situácii napomohli. Prepojenie medzi žiakmi základných škôl, strednými školami a zamestnávatežmi, bráni nedostatočne poskytované vzdelávanie najmä kvalitným odborným vzdelávaním. Nemáme vytvorené odborné učebne na cudzie jazyky, hoci na II. stupni je vzdelávanie v niektorých triedach zamerané práve na angličtinu a nemčinu, nedostatočný počet IKT učební (iba jedna),nedostatočne vybavená fyzikálna a polytechnická učebňa, absentuje biologicko-chemická učebňa i kvalitná školská knižnica. Žilina je jedno z najviac sa rozvíjajúcich miest na Slovensku, za posledné roky pribudlo v regióne množstvo investorov, či už strojársky a automobilový priemysel, IKT firmy a pod. V období od nášho vstupu do EÚ teda pôsobí v regióne množstvo zahraničných investorov, žudské zdroje však nie sú dostatočne vybavené jazykovo a čo sa vyžaduje moderná doba, tiež na prácu s počítačmi. Naša škola síce spolupracuje so strednými školami v regióne, ale k uspokojivej a kvalitnej spolupráci nám chýba vybavenie, kde by si žiaci ZŠ osvojovali prácu v rámci polytechniky, resp. s kvalitným vybavením by sa vzdelávali v cudzích jazykoch, informatike, prírodných vedách a pod. Vzhžadom na východiskovú situáciu v našom meste a potreby riešenia regiónu sme si ciež projektu zadefinovali: Zvyšova odbornú vzdelanos žiakov a verejnosti ako predpoklad zvyšovania životnej úrovne obyvatežstva. Hlavný ciež projektu dosiahneme naplnením špecifických ciežov, cez výsledky projektu, ktorými budú novo zriadené a dovybavené odborné učebne Cirkevnej základnej školy Romualda Zaymusa v Žiline. Špecifické ciele projektu sme si stanovili nasledovne:1. Vytvori kvalitné odborné učebne2.
