The aim of the project “SČK Humenné Career Services” is to help seniors dependent on care services without the need to exclude them from their natural home environment. After this type of service, there is a high demand from both public administration, self-government, but mainly from citizens of those who are the ultimate consumers of this service as well as those who order this service for them. The project will increase the availability of care services to citizens with disabilities, with adverse health status and for the elderly, while promoting their survival in the natural environment in the family and community and reducing demand for institutional care, in line with Investment Priority 4.2 Improving access to affordable, sustained and quality promises, including health care and social services of general interest and specific objective 4.2.1 Transition from institutional to community care. The project will be supported under the State aid scheme to support the nursing service (State aid scheme in the form of compensation for services of general economic interest) in total 20 employees of the caregiving service.The project will be filled with measurement indicators:1. Number of supported capacities of new, innovative services or measures at community, home, open or substitute 202. Ciežom projektu Opatrovatežská sluba SČK Humenné je pomoc seniorom odkázaným na opatrovatežskú slubu bez nutnosti ich vylúčenia z ich prirodzeného domáceho rodinného prostredia.Po takomto type sluieb existuje vysoký dopyt tak zo strany verejnej správy, samosprávy, ale hlavne od občanov tých, ktorí sú konečnými spotrebitežmi tejto sluby ako aj tých, ktorí pre nich túto slubu objednávajú. Projekt zvýi dostupnos opatrovatežskej sluby občanom s akým zdravotným postihnutím, s nepriaznivým zdravotným stavom a pre seniorov a zároveň podporí ich zotrvanie v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite a zníi dopyt po intitucionálnej starostlivosti, čo je v súlade s Investičnou prioritou 4.2 Zlepenie prístupu k cenovo prístupným, trvalo udratežným a kvalitným slubám vrátane zdravotnej starostlivosti a sociálnych sluieb veobecného záujmu a pecifickým ciežom 4.2.1 Prechod z intitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivos. Projektom budú podporení v rámci Schémy tátnej pomoci na podporu opatrovatežskej sluby (schéma tátnej pomoci vo forme náhrady za sluby veobecného hospodárskeho záujmu) spolu 20 zamestnanci opatrovatežskej sluby.Projektom budú naplnené meratežné ukazovatele:1. Počet podporovaných kapacít nových, inovatívnych sluieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domácom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí 202. Počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne sluby na vnútrotátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni 1 (Slovak)
