Občianske zdruenie AMADEO bolo zaloené v roku 2016 skupinou žudí ktorí majú záujem aktívne participova na celoivotnom vzdelávaní. Členovia zdruenia u v minulosti aktívne participovali na aktivitách v oblasti celoivotného a kontinuálneho vzdelávania pričom sa rozhodli v tomto projekte zúroči vetky svoje doterajie vedomosti v prospech slovenskej spoločnosti.Ciežom projektu je zvýenie kvality a efektívnosti vzdelávania zamestnancov v strojárskych profesiách pôsobiacich u zamestnávatežov v strojárskom a automobilovom priemysle na území Slovenskej republiky konkrétne v Trenčianskom kraji a ilinskom kraji.Zámerom je rozírenie a prehĺbenie vedomostí, zručností, spôsobilostí a kžúčových kompetencií, ktoré sa dosiahnu realizáciou hlavnej aktivity, ktorou je Kompetenčný kurz pre strojársky a automobilový priemysel v celkovom rozsahu 160 hodín. Kurz pozostáva zo tyroch modulov: frézovanie, brúsenie, sústruenie, vŕtanie a kadý modul má 40 vyučovacích hodín. Nakožko sú kurzy zamerané na ciežovú skupinu zamestnancov, u ktorých je potrebné zosúladi úroveň teoretických aj praktických vedomostí, plánujeme pouívanie vyváených metód pomeru teórie a praxe. Dosiahnutie cieža projektu bude monitorované prostredníctvom tyroch meratežných ukazovatežov projektu:P0448: Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít CV - 96 aP0438: Počet účastníkov CV, ktorí v čase odchodu získali alebo si zvýili kvalifikáciu - 76 (Slovak)

Civic association amadeo was established in 2016 by a group of people who are interested in active participation in life-long education. Members of the association in the past actively participated in activities in the field of life-long and continuous education and decided in this project to capitalise on all their knowledge for the benefit of the Slovak company. The aim of the project is to increase the quality and efficiency of the training of employees in engineering professions operating in the engineering and automotive industry in the Slovak Republic, specifically in the Trenčín region and the ilina region. The aim is to expand and deepen the knowledge, skills, competences and key competences that will be achieved through the implementation of the main activity, which is the Competence Course for the engineering and automotive industry in the total range of 160 hours. The course consists of four modules: milling, grinding, turning, drilling and each module has 40 lessons. In addition, courses are aimed at the target group of employees, for whom it is necessary to reconcile the level of theoretical and practical knowledge, we plan to use the weighted methods of the ratio of theory and practice. The achievement of the objective of the project will be monitored through four measurement indicators projektu:P0448: Number of participants involved in CV activities – 96 and P0438: Number of CV participants who acquired or upgraded a qualification at the time of departure – 76 (English)
