The subject of the project is the construction of stands for placing mixed municipal waste containers and the construction of a collection yard in Tornaža as one of the elements of the city’s technical facilities, contributing to the improvement of housing conditions of their inhabitants. The objective of the project is the objective of the challenge, which is aimed at increasing the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. On the other hand, in Tornaža, as in the place of implementation of the project, there is a large representation of the inhabitants of marginalised Roma communities/MRK/and the activities of the project will be targeted on them, the result of the project will be the fulfillment of the set objectives. The project will contribute to the fulfilment of measurement indicators – Number of inhabitants of CLLD, which have improved housing conditions and through the construction of stands (650 CRC) and through the construction of a collection yard (1800 MRK) as a separate indicator. At the same time, the indicator ‘Number of jobs created specifically for CLLD’ will be met through the application of the social aspect in public procurements, where, by implementing the project, we expect one person from the CLLD environment to be employed. The project will ensure improved collection of municipal waste from the area of concentration of CLLD in the city and, by building a collection court, the city will create conditions for minimising the creation of black landfills and the pollution of new or existing stands. Predmetom projektu je výstavba stojísk na umiestnenie nádob na zmesový komunálny odpad a výstavba zberného dvoru v meste Tornaža ako jeden z prvkov technickej vybavenosti mesta, prispievajúci k zlepeniu podmienok bývania svojich obyvatežov. Ciež projektu vyplýva z cieža výzvy, ktorý je zameraný na rast počtu rómskych domácnosti s prístupom k zlepeným podmienkam bývania. Nakožko v meste Tornaža ako v mieste realizácie projektu je početné zastúpenie obyvatežov marginalizovaných rómskych komunít /MRK/ a aktivity projektu budú cielené práve na nich, bude výsledkom projektu naplnenie nastavených ciežov. Projekt prispeje k napĺňaniu meratežných ukazovatežov - Počet obyvatežov MRK, ktorým sa zlepili podmienky bývania a prostredníctvom vybudovania stojísk (650 MRK) a prostredníctvom vybudovania zberného dvora (1800 MRK) ako samostatného ukazovateža. Zároveň dôjde k plneniu ukazovateža Počet vytvorených pracovných miest cielene pre MRK prostredníctvom uplatnenia sociálneho aspektu vo verejných obstarávaniach, kde realizáciou projektu očakávame zamestnanie jednej osoby z prostredia MRK. Projektom bude zabezpečené zlepenie zberu komunálneho odpadu z oblasti koncentrácie MRK v meste a vybudovaním zberného dvora vytvorí mesto podmienky k minimalizácii vzniku čiernych skládok a znečisovaniu nových či existujúcich stojísk.
