Ciežom projektu je dosiahnu dosiahnu komplexné rieenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnos budovy pri jej uívaní a zároveň zníenie energetickej náročnosti (skutočná spotreba energie) a zároveň vyriei aj bezbariérový prístup do objektu. Uvedený ciež bude dosiahnutý formou zlepenia kvality obalových kontrukcií a vnútornej tepelnej pohody, efektívnej výmeny vzduchu, výmeny sytému vykurovania, prípravy teplej vody a osvetlenia.
