The main aim of the project is to improve environmental aspects in the city of Brezne, adapt the urban environment to climate change, improve the environment, develop the territory and create an aesthetic and healthy environment.Also, the project will be achieved by the complex regeneration of the interior space called Margitin Park in Brezno. The activities of the project are aimed at building elements of green infrastructure, elements to reduce laundry and noise, as well as elements to increase air humidity. Project riei treatment of terrain, woody plants, planting of greenery, flower beds of unbuilt areas inside the block, building water surfaces with nozzles and water elements for increasing moisture and water drainage in space, building a wooden pergola with a handbed, promenade and elements of small arcitecture, adjustment of boarding areas with seating, paved areas with an emphasis on water heating in the territory, stone removing strips lining all walkways, installation of sensory elements and insulating greenery. The regenerated space will be barrier-free, so that the movement and stay in it is absorbed by all inhabitants and visitors.The implementation of the project is a complex solution to the regeneration of the interior space Margitin park with the application of ecological principles of creation and protection of greenery. The project will build a space for both adults and children, bringing physical, psychological, emotional and social – economic benefits for the individual and society by bringing together health-recreational and ecologically-stabilising functions. There will be a place where it will be pleasant to work with a view to improving environmental aspects. The project will contribute to the efficient and permanent use of the country. The project will be realised on the land owned by theiadateža – the town of Brezna, as evidenced by LV No. 2351 and a copy of the cadastral map. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Hlavným ciežom projektu je zlepenie environmentálnych aspektov v meste Brezne, adaptácia mestského prostredia na zmenu klímy, zlepenie ivotného prostredia, rozvoj územia a vytvorenie estetického a zdravého prostredia.Ciež projektu sa dosiahne komplexnou regeneráciou vnútroblokového priestoru nazývaného Margitin park v Brezne. Aktivity projektu sú zamerané na budovanie prvkov zelenej infratruktúry, prvkov na zniovanie pranosti a hluku, ako aj prvkov na zvyovanie vlhkosti vzduchu. Projekt riei úpravu terénu, drevín, výsadbu zelene, záhonov nezastavaných plôch vnútrobloku, budovanie vodnej plochy s tryskami a vodných prvkov na zvyovanie vlhkosti a zadranie vody v priestore, budovanie drevenej pergoly s ruovým záhonom, promenády a prvkov drobnej arcitektúry, úpravu nástupnách plôch so sedením, spevnených plôch s dôrazom na zadriavanie vody v území, kamenné zasakovacie pásy lemujúce vetky chodníky, osadenie senzorických prvkov a izolačnej zelene. Regenerovaný priestor bude bezbariérový, aby pohyb a pobyt v ňom bol umonený vetkým obyvatežom a návtevníkom.Realizácia projektu je komplexným rieením regenerácie vnútroblokového priestoru Margitin park s uplatnenímekologických princípov tvorby a ochrany zelene. Projektom sa vybuduje priestor pre dospelých aj deti, ktorý prinesie fyzický, psychologický, emocionálny a sociálno - hospodársky prínos pre jednotlivca a spoločnos vzájomným spojením zdravotno - rekreačných a ekologicko - stabilizačných funkcií. Vznikne miesto, kde sa bude príjemne i a pracova s ohžadom na zlepenie environmentálnych aspektov. Projekt prispeje k efektívnemu a trvalo udratežnému vyuívaniu krajiny. Projekt sa bude realizova na pozemku vo vlastníctve iadateža - mesta Brezna, čo dokladujeme LV č. 2351 a kópiou katastrálnej mapy. (Slovak)
