The aim of the geological task is to ensure the remediation of environmental conditions on 3 environmental areas (Vrútky, Čadca, Kražovany), which pose a high risk to human health and the environment and professional geological supervision in the remediation of selected environmental conditions. The specific objectives of remediation are: obtain additional data for the pre-sanction risk analysis of the polluted area, prepare a pre-sanction risk analysis and, on the basis of its results, specify the remediation project, eliminate the causes of the selected environmental grounds, reduce the field and spatial spread of polluting substances in groundwater, soil and rock environment, eliminate contamination or reduce concentrations of polluting substances in contaminated groundwater; soil and rock environments to a level of acceptable risk, with a view to current and future application of the territory, ensuring environmentally sound management of waste generated during remediation, build a monitoring system to monitor the effectiveness of remediation, ensure the rehabilitation of remediated sites. The aim of the expert geological supervision is to predovetkým:kontrola fulfillment of the project defined scope of remediation works, check the effectiveness of spent resources in relation to the required outputs of the project, verification of documented data (results of updated risk analysis of polluted area, verification of calculations and models, cubature, analytical results, hydraulic parameters, field work, remediation technology, etc.), verification of achievement of the remediation limit. Each environment will be assessed in detail. Remediation work and expert geological supervision will be carried out with a view to specific sites, in particular the tower and type of contamination, geological and hydrogeological conditions and the environmental and health risks posed by the site.The products included in the supporting documentation for eligibility of expenditure are identified as being directly affected by the remediation (e.g. landfill body). These parcels have been calculated the increased value of property after remediation by an independent expert.Lands or parcels on which the remediation will not be carried out directly and their value does not change, are not included in the table (i.e. parcels with access communication, parcels with hydrogeological monitoring well, etc.). In the light of the foregoing, the situation may be that the parcels in question referred to in the remediation framework project and in the work plan for the removal of environmental protection will not be identified with the parcel numbers listed in Table 4 of Annex No. The plots on which the buildings are located will not be subject to direct remediation as far as the restoration of the earth is concerned. Ciežom geologickej úlohy je zabezpečenie sanácie environmentálnych záaí na 3 lokalitách environmentálnych záaí (Vrútky, Čadca, Kražovany), ktoré predstavujú vysoké riziko pre žudské zdravie a ivotné prostredie a odborný geologický dohžad pri sanácii vybraných environmentálnych záaí. pecifickými ciežmi sanácie sú: získa doplňujúce údaje pre predsanačnú analýzu rizika znečisteného územia,vypracova predsanačnú analýzu rizika a na základe jej výsledkov spresni projekt sanácie,odstráni príčiny vzniku vybraných environmentálnych záaí,obmedzi ploné a priestorové írenie sa znečisujúcich látok v podzemnej vode, pôde a horninovom prostredí,odstráneni kontamináciu alebo zníi koncentrácie znečisujúcich látok v znečistenej podzemnej vode, pôde a horninovom prostredí na úroveň akceptovatežného rizika s ohžadom na súčasné a budúce vyuitie územia,zabezpeči environmentálne vhodné nakladanie s odpadmi vzniknutými počas sanácie,vybudova monitorovací systém na pozorovanie účinnosti sanácie,zabezpeči rekultiváciu sanovaných lokalít. Ciežom odborného geologického dohžadu je predovetkým:kontrola plnenia projektom stanoveného rozsahu sanačných prác,kontrola efektivity vynakladaných prostriedkov vo vzahu k poadovaným výstupom projektu,overenie dokladovaných údajov (výsledky aktualizovanej analýzy rizika znečisteného územia, overenie výpočtov a modelov, kubatúry, analytické výsledky, hydraulické parametre, terénne práce, sanačná technológia a pod.),overenie dosiahnutia sanačného limitu.Kadá environmentálna záa bude detailne posúdená. Sanačné práce a odborný geologický dohžad budú realizované s ohžadom na pecifiká lokality, najmä s ohžadom na vežkos a druh kontaminácie, geologické a hydrogeologické pomery a s ohžadom na environmentálne a zdravotné riziká, ktoré lokalita predstavuje.Parcely, ktoré sú zahrnuté v podpornej dokumentácii k oprávnenosti výdavkov, sú identifikované ako tie, ktoré budú priamo dotknuté sanáciou (napr. teleso skládky). Na týchto parcelách bola vypočítaná zvýená hodnota nehnutežností po sanácii nezávislím expertom.Pozemky, resp. parcely, na ktorých sa priamo sanácia nebude realizova a ich hodnota sa nemení, v tabužke zahrnuté nie sú (t. j. napr. parcely s prístupovou komunikáciou, parcely so situovaným hydrogeologickým monitorovacím vrtom atď.). V zmysle uvedeného môe nasta situácia, e dotknuté parcely uvedené v rámcovom projekte sanácie a v pláne prác na odstránenie environmentálnej záae nebudú totoné s číslami parciel uvedenými v tabužke prílohy č. 4. Parcely, na ktorých sú umiestnené stavby, nebudú predmetom priameho sanačného zásahu, pokiaž ide o sanáciu zemín. Na uvedených parcelách nedôjde k zvýeniu hodnoty nehnutežnosti po sanácii. (Slovak)
