The company Malt-BJ s.r.o. is a newly established company established specifically for the purpose of the minibrewery project. It is important for her to cooperate with a group that operates restoration facilities in the region. Technology also monetises “homekeepers” from the region to develop their skills in partnership. The Bardejov beer was of exceptional quality, which we report to. Copies of historical documents related to brewing in this area will be produced in the premises of the brewery. Unfortunately, we have not yet managed to trace the remains of technologies used in recent centuries. With reference to history there will also be a medieval beer, as it was drank by the ancient Bardejovcans.The project presented is aimed at launching the production of unfiltered craft beer. It is a mini brewery about the size of one batch in a volume of 2000 l. The subject of the project is the purchase of a technological vessel for cooking craft beer – mini brewery 2000 l. The technological equipment of the brewery has a relatively low amount of volume of one boil – 20 hl excellent potential for the development and research of new beer specialties, which will be on the device to be cooked. They will be beer specialties whose uniqueness and uniqueness will go beyond the scope of the Slovak Republic. Cooking such specialties is Mone thanks to the unique design of the equipment.The new technology of the microbrewery will be located in an existing multifunctional building, which is leased by Malt-BJ s.r.o.. Suitable existing infrastructure – electrical wiring, sewerage, pipeline and water supply. Driveways and parking are located right next to the building. The total need for space, including storage space, will take up the entire ground floor space of the building. In the right part will be placed the warehouse, the rotating space and the cooking complex itself. The maturing and fermenting tanks along with the filler and the keg dishwasher will be placed in the cherry part of the ground floor. The actual expedition of barrels and the supply of raw materials will be carried out from the courtyard part of the building.The fields for the production of beer are in accordance with all applicable legislative regulations and standards. The current technology will be a closed contrusion creating and connecting the equipment into the whole, protecting it from weathering, with parameters meeting the standards. The strategic objective of the project is the creation of a new competitive company Balt-MJ s.r.o...the specific objectives of the project are: Offer the city and region modern beer stylesEducating a new generation of beer barges as well as a beer community of homemakersAnnual production of at least 200,000 lOivi in the city of brewing tradition.The main activity of the project is Starting and Development of SME Business.The main activity will be realised through the purchase of new fixed assets, which will be used to produce the product of the requestor. The implementation of the main activity of the project will lead to the introduction of a new product of the applicant on the market, namely craft beer.The impact of the implementation of the project will be created and occupied 3 jobs. Spoločnos MALT-BJ s.r.o. je novozaloená spoločnos zaloená peciálne za účelom projektu minipivovaru. Dôleitá je pre ňu spolupráca so skupinou, ktorá v regióne prevádzkuje retauračné zariadenia. Technológia umoní aj "domovarníkom" z regiónu rozvinú partnersky svoje schopnosti. Bardejovské pivo malo mimoriadnu kvalitu, ku ktorej sa hlásime. V priestoroch pivovaru budú vystavené kópie historických dokumentov súvisiacich s pivovarníctvom v tejto oblasti. Bohuiaž sa nám dodnes nepodarilo vypátra pozostatky technológií pouívaných posledné storočia. S odkazom na históriu bude v ponuke aj stredoveké pivo, tak, ako ho pili starí Bardejovčania.Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na spustenie výroby nefiltrovaného remeselného piva. Jedná sa o mini pivovar o vežkosti jednej várky v objeme 2 000 l. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je nákup technologického ceslu na varenie remeselného piva - mini pivovar 2000l. Technologické zariadenie pivovaru má vzhžadom na pomerne nízke mnostvo objemu jedného varu - 20 hl vynikajúci potenciál na vývoj a výskum nových pivných peciálov, ktoré sa na zariadení budú vari. Budú to pivné peciály ktorých jedinečnos a unikátnos presiahne rámec Slovenskej republiky. Varenie takýchto peciálov je mone vďaka jedinečnej kontrukcii zariadení.Nová technológia minipivovaru bude umiestnená v existujúcej polyfunkčnej budove, ktoré má spoločnos MALT-BJ s.r.o. v nájme. Vhodná existujúca infratruktúra - elektro rozvody, kanalizácia, plynovod a vodovod. Príjazdové cesty a parkovanie sa nachádza priamo pri budove. Celková potreba miesta vrátane skladových priestorov zaberie celé prízemné priestory budovy. V pravej časti bude umiestnený sklad, rotovací priestor a samotný varný komplex. Zrecie a kvasné tanky spolu s plničkou a umývačkou sudov budú umiestnené v žavej časti prízemia. Samotná expedícia sudov a zásobovanie surovinami bude realizovaná z dvorovej časti budovy.Priestory na výrobu piva sú v súlade so vetkými platnými legislatívnymi predpismi a normami. Súčasou technológie bude uzavretá kontrukcia vytvárajúca a spájajúca zariadenia do celku, chrániaca ju pred poveternostnými vplyvmi, s parametrami spĺňajúcimi normy. Strategickým ciežom projektu je vznik novej konkurencieschopnej spoločnosti BALT-MJ s.r.o...pecifickými ciežmi projektu sú: Ponúknu mestu a regiónu moderné pivné týlyVychováva novú generáciu pivných sládkov ako aj pivnú komunitu domovaričovRočná produkcia minimálne 200 000 lOivi v meste pivovarnícku tradíciu.Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Začatie a rozvoj podnikania MSP.Hlavná aktivita bude realizovaná prostredníctvom nákupu nového dlhodobého majetku, ktorý bude vyuívaný na produkciu produktu iadateža. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dôjde k uvedeniu nového produktu iadateža na trh a to konkrétne remeselného piva.Vplyvom realizácie projektu budú vytvorené a obsadené 3 pracovné miesta.
