V záujme skvalitnenia podmienok výchovy a vzdelávania detí a iakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením, ktorí nedokáu prekona bariéry plynúce z ich zdravotného znevýhodnenia by bolo vhodné zabezpeči 2 úväzky asistentov učiteža a vytvori pracovné miesto odborného zamestnanca: kolského peciálneho pedagóga a sociálneho pedagóga. Naím ciežom je zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Zníenie a zabránenie predčasného skončenia kolskej dochádzky a podporou prístupu ku kvalitnému predkolskému, základnému a stredokolskému vzdelávaniu vrátane formálnych, neformálnych a bených spôsobov vzdelávania za účelom opätovného začlenenia do vzdelávania a prípravy.
