V súvislosti s implementáciou Operačného programu Integrovaná infratruktúra (ďalej len OPII) vznikla potreba monitorovania, hodnotenia a kontroly stavu prípravy a realizácie projektov v rámci OPII. Ciežom projektu je zabezpečenie efektívnej prípravy, riadenia a implementácie projektov dopravnej infratruktúry. Projekt Zabezpečenie monitorovacích výborov, koordinačných porád a rokovaní na podporu implementácie OPII sa bude realizova prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity realizácia kolení, kurzov, seminárov, koordinačných porád a konferencií, ktorá sa delí na 3 podaktivity: 1. Zabezpečenie monitorovacích výborov, 2. Zabezpečenie koordinačných porád a konferencií, 3. Zabezpečenie pracovných obedov, kolení súvisiacich s implementáciou OP. Za meratežný ukazovatež projektu bol zvolený počet koordinačných porád, konferencií a seminárov súvisiacich s OP (počet stanovený na 40, za predpokladu, e sa ročne plánuje realizácia 2 monitorovacích výborov, 2 koordinačných porád a 6 pracovných obedov). In the context of the implementation of the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure (OPII), there was a need for monitoring, evaluation and control of the state of preparation and implementation of projects under OPII. The aim of the project is to ensure effective preparation, management and implementation of transport infrastructure projects. The project Ensuring Monitoring Committees, Coordination Consultations and Negotiations to support the implementation of OPII will be implemented through one main activity through the implementation of rounds, courses, seminars, coordination meetings and conferences, divided into 3 sub-activities: 1. Provision of monitoring committees, 2. Ensuring coordination meetings and conferences, 3. Provision of working lunches, training sessions related to the implementation of OPs. The number of OP-related coordination meetings, conferences and seminars has been selected as the measuring indicator of the project (number set at 40, assuming that 2 monitoring committees, 2 coordination meetings and 6 working lunches are planned per year).
