The aim of the project is to support the employment and employment of graduates through the acquisition and enhancement of work skills. The project will be implemented through two main activities: Main activity No. 1 will be aimed at securing the graduate wheel for the purpose of carrying out graduate practice for the Employee and providing a financial paural contribution for the implementation of graduate practice under Section 51 of Act No. 5/2004 Coll. on Employment Services and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts as amended by Late Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Services Act). The main activity No 2 will be aimed at providing a financial contribution to support job creation to employees who accept a jobseeker (hereinafter referred to as UoZ) from the eligible target group, who carried out graduate experience within the meaning of Section 51 of the Employment Services Act (hereinafter graduate experience). Main activity No. 2 will be implemented in accordance with Section 54(1)(a) of the Employment Services Act. Target group projektu:NEET up to 29 years, who at the time of entering the project meet the definition of graduate round in accordance with Section 8 of the Act on Employment Services as amended. The project’s objective group are not inactive young people, but young people kept in the register of the ÚPSVR. The implementation of the project increases the employment, employment and participation of young people in the labour market, thereby contributing to the specific objective of 2.1.1 OP źZ. Ciežom projektu je podpora zamestnatežnosti a zamestnanosti absolventov kôl prostredníctvom získavania a prehlbovania pracovných zručností. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom dvoch hlavných aktivít: Hlavná aktivita č. 1 bude zameraná na zabezpečenie absolventa koly na účely vykonávania absolventskej praxe pre zamestnávateža a poskytovanie finančného pauálneho príspevku na vykonávanie absolventskej praxe podža § 51 zákona č. 5/2004 Z.z. o slubách zamestnanosti a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorích predpisov (ďalej len zákon o slubách zamestnanosti). Hlavná aktivita č. 2 bude zameraná na poskytovanie finančného príspevku na podporu vytvárania pracovných miest zamestnávatežovi, ktorí príjme do pracovného pomeru uchádzača o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) z oprávnenej ciežovej skupiny, ktorý u zamestnávateža vykonával absolventskú prax v zmysle § 51 zákona o slubách zamestnanosti (ďalej len absolventská prax). Hlavná aktivita č. 2 bude realizovaná v zmysle § 54 ods. 1 písm. a) zákona o slubách zamestnanosti. Ciežová skupina projektu:NEET do 29 rokov, ktorí v čase vstupu do projektu spĺňajú definíciu absolventa koly v zmysle § 8 zákona o slubách zamestnanosti v platnom znení.Ciežovou skupinou projektu nie sú neaktívni mladí žudia, ale mladí vedení v evidencii ÚPSVR. Realizácia projektu zvyuje zamestnanos, zamestnatežnos a účas mladých žudí na trhu práce, čím prispieva k napĺňaniu pecifického cieža 2.1.1 OP źZ. Projekt bude realizovaný v rámci územia Slovenskej republiky, mimo Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja. (Slovak)
