The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through the introduction and use of the new advanced innovative technology, thereby bringing new products to the market through new innovative production processes. By fulfilling this goal, there will be a significant shift in the company’s production capabilities, innovative advanced technology will introduce a new product range, effectively satisfy the demand from customers and customers. The subject of the project is an automatic technology line designed to improve the quality of carbon black. The innovation of the process in relation to the present one: The technological process of adjusting carbon materials consisting of a specially designed compact system of devices will be completely new on the Slovak market. While carbon black production is currently mainly used by the thermal treatment of materials from non-renewable sources and the associated reduction of large carbon dioxide emissions, the applicant plans to introduce natural resources and with particularly important benefits for the reduction of CO2 emissions. The acquired technology of Umoní produces a significant qualitative process, its impact is significant especially in monitoring the quality, efficiency and volatility of the production activity (progressive technology monetises carbon in a way that is not used at all in Slovakia). Product innovation in relation to the submitted projektu:Prostredníctvom technology procured as part of the submitted project will be able to produce new products that it does not currently produce. It is an innovative product modified carbon materials with significant added economic and environmental value, which will achieve higher quality parameters compared to the parameters of so-called retort carbon soot obtained by thermal treatment of materials from non-renewable sources labelled N 330 and others. The produced carbon material has irrospectral applications depending on the input parameters and process settings. in particular in chemical, rubber and automotive priemysle:pneumatiky and industrial rubber products (basic rubber blending filler podovy, due, buds, conveyor belts and in many other applications)plastics (pigment in the manufacture, dyeing of plastics) toners and printing inks (production of toner fillings, colour concentrates, etc.)anode and electrode matter (aluminium production) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Hlavným ciežom projektu je zvýenie konkurencieschopnosti firmy prostredníctvom zavedenia a vyuívania najnovej progresívnej inovatívnej technológie, čím uvedie na trh nové produkty prostredníctvom nových inovovaných výrobných procesov. Naplnením tohto cieža dôjde k významnému posunu vo výrobných monostiach spoločnosti, inovatívna vyspelá technológia umoní zavies nový výrobný sortiment, efektívne uspokojova dopyt zo strany zákazníkov a odberatežov. Predmetom projektu je automatická technologická linka určená na zvýenie kvality uhlíkových sadzí. Inovácia procesu vo vzahu k predloenému projektu:Samotný technologický proces úpravy uhlíkových materiálov pozostávajúci zo peciálne navrhnutej kompaktnej sústavy zariadení bude na slovenskom trhu úplne nový. Kým v súčasnosti sa na výrobu uhlíkových sadzí vyuíva predovetkým proces tepelnej úpravy materiálov pochádzajúcich z neobnovitežných zdrojov a s tým spojeným uvožňovaním vežkého objemu emisií oxidu uhličitého, iadatež plánuje zavies výrobu etrnú k prírodným zdrojom a s mimoriadne dôleitým prínosom pre zniovanie emisií CO2. Obstaraná technológia umoní vyrába významne kvalitatívnym postupom, jej vplyv je značný najmä pri sledovaní kvality, efektívnosti a prunosti výrobnej činnosti (progresívna technológia umoní upravova uhlík spôsobom, aký sa na Slovensku vôbec nevyuíva). Inovácia produktu vo vzahu k predloenému projektu:Prostredníctvom technológie obstaranej v rámci predloeného projektu bude iadatež schopný vyrába nové výrobky, ktoré v súčasnosti nevyrába. Ide o inovatívny produkt upravené uhlíkové materiály s výrazne pridanou ekonomickou a environmentálnou hodnotou, ktoré budú dosahova kvalitatívne vyie parametre v porovnaní s parametrami tzv. retortných uhlíkových sadzí získaných tepelnou úpravou materiálov pochádzajúcich z neobnovitežných zdrojov s označením N 330 a iné.Vyrobený uhlíkový materiál má v závislosti od vstupných parametrov a procesných nastavení irokospektrálne vyuitie, a to najmä v chemickom, gumárenskom a automobilovom priemysle:pneumatiky a priemyselné produkty z gumy (základné plnivo do gumárenských zmesí podovy, due, puky, dopravníkové pásy a v mnohých iných aplikáciách)plasty (pigment pri výrobe, farbení plastov) tonery a tlačiarenské farby (výroba náplní tonerov, farebných koncentrátov, atď.)anódové a elektródové hmoty (výroba hliníka) (Slovak)
