Ciežom projektu je posilnenie analytických kapacít a zvyovanie kvality žudských zdrojov v tátnej správe pre tvorbu verejných politík prostredníctvom získavania odborných poznatkov a skúseností na medzinárodnej úrovni. Tento ciež projektu je realizovaný zabezpečením pičkového vzdelávania a stáí pre analytických zamestnancov. V rámci vzdelávania je umonená účas zamestnancov na kurzoch organizovaných intitúciami v zahraničí. Stáe budú organizované v popredných medzinárodných a medzivládnych intitúciách alebo v intitúciách verejnej správy krajiny dosahujúcej excelentné výsledky. (Slovak)
