Obiectivul general al proiectului urmareste imbunatatirea conditiilor de invatamant si de desfasurare a actului didactic pentru elevii si personalul Scolii gimnaziale Avram Iancu, prin reabilitarea termica si adoptarea unor masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice a cladirilor componente, dupa implementarea proiectului. Cresterea eficientei energetice in cladirea publica vizata prin proiect va conduce la reducerea consumului de energie, avand ca rezultat final reducerea emisiilor cu efect de sera. Totodata, imbunatatirea eficientei energetice a cladirii publice nu numai ca reduce consumul de energie si, ulterior, costurile cu energia, dar contribuie si la imbunatatirea aspectului estetic al acesteia si ofera conditii mai sanatoase de invatamant pentru elevi si personalul institutiei. Astfel, se constata cum obiectivul general al proiectului este in deplina concordanta cu obiectivele Axei prioritare 3 din cadrul POR 2014-2020.Obiective specifice ale proiectului Obiectivele specifice sunt reprezentate de: Cresterea performantei energetice a Scolii Gimnaziale Avam Iancu, prin realizarea unor lucrari de interventie care sa determine o economie de energie anuala primara de 51,99% (de la 941.101,47 kWh/an la 451.753,76 kWh/an) dupa implementarea proiectului. Pentru realizarea obiectivului specific si implicit a obiectivului general se propun lucrari de reabilitare termica a cladirii Scolii Gimnaziale Avram Iancu, precum si de reparatii interioare si exterioare si de modernizare. Lucrarile propuse nu vor afecta structura de rezistenta si stabilitatea constructiei. Prin enuntarea acestui obiectiv specific al proiectului se poate constata cum acesta conduce in mod direct la indeplinirea obiectivului general si raspunde implicit si la obiectivele Axei Prioritare 3 Sprijinirea tranzitiei catre o economie cu emisii scazute de carbon, Prioritatea de investitii 3.1 Sprijinirea eficientei energetice, a gestionarii inteligente a energiei si a utilizarii energiei din surse regenerabile in infrastructurile publice, inclusiv in cladirile publice, si in sectorul locuintelor, Operatiunea B Cladiri publice. Obiectivul specific al operatiunii este reprezentat de cresterea eficientei energetice in cladirile rezidentiale, cladirile publice si sistemele de iluminat public, indeosebi a celor care inregistreaza consumuri energetice mari, iar unitatile de invatamant sunt printre cei mai mari consumatori de energie din sectorul cladirilor publice. Astfel ca, acest proiect este in stransa legatura cu acest obiectiv, contribuind in mod implicit la operationalizarea lui. In subsidiar, proiectul raspunde obiectivului general al POR 2014–2020 in ceea ce priveste imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale, reabilitarea cladirilor rezidentiale si nerezidentiale asigurand o dezvoltare sustenabila a comunitatii locale, capabila astfel sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele de energie disponibile. The general objective of the project is to improve the educational and teaching conditions for the pupils and staff of the Avram Iancu Secondary School, through thermal rehabilitation and the adoption of measures to increase the energy efficiency of the component buildings, after the implementation of the project. The increase of energy efficiency in the public building targeted by the project will lead to the reduction of energy consumption, resulting in the reduction of greenhouse emissions. At the same time, improving the energy efficiency of the public building not only reduces energy consumption and, subsequently, energy costs, but also contributes to improving its aesthetic aspect and provides healthier education conditions for students and staff of the institution. Thus, it is found that the general objective of the project is fully consistent with the objectives of Priority Axis 3 of the 2014-2020 ROP. Increasing the energy performance of the Avam Iancu Secondary School, by performing intervention works that will lead to an annual primary energy saving of 51.99 % (from 941101,47 kWh/year to 451753.76 kWh/year) after project implementation. In order to achieve the specific and implicit objective of the general objective, we propose thermal rehabilitation works of the Avram Iancu Gymnasium School building, as well as interior and exterior repairs and modernisation. The proposed works will not affect the resistance structure and the stability of the construction. By reaching this specific objective of the project we can see how it directly leads to the achievement of the general objective and implicitly responds to the objectives of Priority Axis 3 Supporting the transition towards a low carbon economy, Investment Priority 3.1 Supporting energy efficiency, intelligent energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructures, including public buildings, and housing sector, Operation B Public Buildings. The specific objective of the operation is to increase energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, especially those who record high energy consumption, and education units are among the largest energy consumers in the public buildings sector. Thus, this project is closely related to this objective, contributing implicitly to its operationalisation. In the alternative, the project meets the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 in terms of improving the living conditions of local and regional communities, rehabilitation of residential and non-residential buildings, ensuring a sustainable development of the local community, thus able to manage efficiently the available energy resources.
