Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea activitatii cod CAEN 4312 - Lucrari de amenajare a terenului prin achizitionarea a doua mini - incarcatoare si a unui program informatic de tipul ERP intr-o perioada de 12 luni Domeniul de activitate pentru care se realizeaza investitia prin prezentul proiecte este definit prin codul COR 4312 - Lucrari de pregatire a terenului, domeniu ce include: • curatarea amplasamentelor • lucrari de mutare a pamantului: excavatii, umplere, nivelarea si imprejmuirea amplasamentelor, saparea santurilor, eliminarea pietrelor, dinamitari etc. • pregatirea santierelor pentru exploatari miniere • indepartarea surplusului de pamant si alte lucrari de dezvoltare si pregatire a santierelor miniere, cu exceptia amplasamentelor in al caror subsol se afla zacaminte de petrol si de gaze naturale • executarea drenurilor (scurgerilor) pentru amplasamentul cladirilor • executarea canalelor de scurgere pentru terenuri agricole si forestiere Prin realizarea investitiei propuse compania intentioneaza sa achizitioneze dotarile necesare pentru realizarea activitatii de pregatire a terenurilor astfel: 1. Miniincarcator pe senile - 1 bucata 2. Miniincarcator pe roti - 1 bucata 3. Laptopuri - 2 bucati pentru asistentul manager si pentru agentul de vanzari 4. Calculator tip desktop pentru a fi utilizat de catre administrator si a rula pe el programul informatic de tip ERP 5. Achizitie de programe informatice de tipul ERP pentru gestionarea tuturor proceselor in cadrul comaniei - gestionarea conturilor de clienti, lucrarilor de pregatire a terenurilor cu toate specificatiile tehnice aferente, facturare si contactare, contabilitate primara si de gestiune, contabilitate si gestiune financiara, a resurselor umane etc. 6. Servicii obligatorii de publicitate si informare pentru proiect 7. Servicii de audit financiar 8. Servicii de consultanta pentru elaborarea planului de afaceri si cererii de finantare. Astfel, cele doua utilaje - mini incarcatoare - au fost selectate pentru a avea specificatiile tehnice de baza si accesoriile necesare pentru derularea urmatoarelor tipuri de actiuni de pregatire a terenurilor • Defisarea terenului respectiv indepartarea prin smulgerea cu radacini a arborilor si arbustilor de pe terenul pe care se vor executa lucrarile. • Curatirea terenului consta in indepartarea crengilor, cioatelor sau a radacinilor scoase in faza anterioara, precum si a pietrelor de dimensiuni mici aflate la suprafata terenului, daca este cazul mutarea zapezii. • Saparea si indepartarea stratului vegetal • Nivelarea terenului pentru aducerea suprafetei neregulate a terenului la o suprafata relativ plana, in vederea asigurarii conditiilor necesare realizarii constructiei. • Executia sapaturilor se realizeaza cu ajutorul bratului de escavare pentru sapaturile mai putin adanci. The general objective of the project is to develop the activity CAEN code 4312 – Landscaping works by purchasing two mini loaders and an ERP software within a period of 12 months The field of activity for which the investment is carried out by these projects is defined by code COR 4312 – Land preparation works, which includes: • cleaning of sites • earth moving works: excavations, filling, leveling and fencing of sites, excavation of fields, removal of stones, dynamites, etc. • preparation of sites for mining exploitation • removal of surplus land and other works for the development and preparation of mining sites, except for the sites where oil and natural gas deposits are underground • execution of drains (leaks) for the location of buildings • execution of drains for agricultural and forestry lands By carrying out the proposed investment the company intends to purchase the necessary facilities for carrying out the activity of preparing the land as follows: 1. Mini-loader on tracks – 1 piece 2. Mini loader on wheels – 1 piece 3. Laptops – 2 pieces for assistant manager and sales agent 4. Desktop computer to be used by the administrator and run on it the computer program type ERP 5. Acquisition of software such as ERP for managing all processes within the Commania – management of client accounts, land preparation works with all related technical specifications, invoicing and contacting, primary and management accounting, accounting and financial management, human resources, etc. 6. Mandatory advertising and information services for the project 7. Financial auditing services 8. Consulting services for the development of the business plan and the financing application. Thus, the two machines – mini loaders – were selected to have the basic technical specifications and the necessary accessories to carry out the following types of land preparation actions • Defisation of the land and removal by rooting the trees and shrubs on the land on which the works will be executed. • Cleaning the land consists of removing branches, stumps or roots removed in the previous phase, as well as small stones on the surface of the land, if necessary to move snow. • Digging and removing the green cover • Land level to bring the irregular surface of the land to a relatively flat surface, in order to ensure the necessary conditions for the construction. • The execution of the excavations is done with the help of the escaping arm for less deep digging.
