Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from non-Roma communities in Alba Iulia by implementing integrated measures addressed to them. This objective will be achieved through integrated services to increase access and participation in education, support for access and maintenance on the labour market, support entrepreneurship, provision of medical and social services, improvement of living conditions, legal assistance for regulation of documents, which is addressed to members of marginalised communities, with 600 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, of which at least 36 % women and 7 % Roma people. Thus, coherent and harmonised multi-sectoral actions will be ensured at both individual and marginalised community level, which will increase the level of professional skills, develop entrepreneurial skills, improve housing comfort, improve health and regulate the legal situation. Through the overall objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and the call proposed within the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, by ensuring the socio-economic integration of marginalised communities in Alba Iulia Municipality. The project also falls within the specific objective of the Programme and Call for Projects “Integrated Local Development (DLI 360°) in marginalised communities”, financed by Priority Axis 4/Investment Priority 9.ii/Obiectivul specific 4.2. because it aims both to increase the participation of vulnerable groups in integrated measures to combat poverty and any form of social exclusion, as well as to the local development of these communities. In the long term, the provision of integrated measures provided for in this project will contribute to: 1. Integration of labour from marginalised communities in urban areas into competitive occupations, helping to reduce the danger of social exclusion; 2. Promotion and compliance with environmental quality standards; 3. Improvement of housing conditions at the level of marginalised communities in Alba Iulia Municipality; 4. respecting and encouraging the principle of equal opportunities between women and men; 5. Increasing the competitiveness of the local and regional economy by creating economic structures whose beneficiaries will be part of the identified marginalised communities; 6. linking education and learning throughout life with the labour market, contributing to sustainable economic and social development; 7. Reducerea numarului de persoane aflate in risc de saracie si excluziune sociala din comunitatile non-roma din Municipiul Alba Iulia prin implementarea de masuri integrate adresate acestora. Acest obiectiv se va realiza prin servicii integrate de crestere a accesului si a participarii la educatie, sprijin pentru accesul si mentinerea pe piata muncii, sustinerea antreprenoriatului, furnizarea de servicii medicale si sociale, imbunatatirea conditiilor de locuit, asistenta jurdica pentru reglementarea actelor, care se adreseaza membrilor comunitatilor marginalizate, in numar de 600 de persoane aflate in risc de saracie si excluziune sociala, din care cel putin 36% femei si 7% persoane de etnie roma. Astfel, se vor asigura actiuni poli-sectoriale coerente si armonizate atat la nivel de individ, cat si la nivelul comunitatii marginalizate, care vor creste nivelul competentelor de muncasi profesionale, vor dezvolta abilitatile antreprenoriale, vor ameliora confortul locativ, vor imbunatati starea de sanatate si vor reglementa situatia juridica. Prin obiectivul general asumat, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivuluispecific al programului si apelului propuse in cadrul Programului Operational Capital Uman 2014 -2020, prin asigurarea integrarii socio-economice a comunitatilor marginalizate din Municipiul Alba Iulia. De asemenea, proiectul se incadreaza obiectivului specific al Programului si Apelului de proiecte "Dezvoltare Locala Integrata (DLI 360°) in comunitatile marginalizate", finantat prin Axa prioritara 4/Prioritatea de investitii 9.ii/Obiectivul specific 4.2. deoarece isi propune atat cresterea participarii grupurilor vulnerabile la masuri integrate de combatere a saraciei si a oricarei forme de excluziune sociala, cat si dezvoltarea locala a acestor comunitati. Pe termen lung, furnizarea masurilor integrate prevazute in acest proiect vor contribui la: 1. Integrarea fortei de munca din comunitatile marginalizate din mediul urban in meserii competitive contribuind la reducerea pericolului de excluziune sociala; 2. promovarea si respectarea standardelor de calitate a mediului; 3. ameliorarea conditiilor de locuit la nivelul comunitatilor marginalizate din Municipiul Alba Iulia; 4. respectarea si incurajarea principiului privind egalitatea de sanse intre femei si barbati; 5. cresterea competitivitatii economiei locale si regionale prin crearea de structuri economice ale caror beneficiari vor face parte din comunitatile marginalizate identificate; 6. corelarea educatiei si invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii cu piata muncii, contribuind la o dezvoltare economicasi sociala durabila; 7. asigurarea de oportunitati pentru participarea pe o piata a muncii moderna, flexibila si incluziva.
