Obiectivul general este cresterea eficientei energetice si scaderea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera (emisii de CO2), prin reducerea consumului energetic la nivelul sistemului de iluminat public din Orasul Magurele ca urmare a lucrarilor de modernizare si extindere a sistemului de iluminat public, prin implementarea unor solutii de iluminat moderne care au drept scop cresterea gradului de siguranta, reducerea consumurilor actuale de energie fara a afecta confortul cetatenilor, utilizarea resurselor de energie regenerabile la nivelul zonelor pietonale.
