The overall objective of the project is to: Improving the quality of life of the population of Sannicolau Mare, focusing on vulnerable groups, by making integrated and complementary investments of urban regeneration, in order to improve the quality and safety of the early and primary/gymnasian educational infrastructure, in line with the requirements of the norms in force, but also to improve the quality of the urban public road infrastructure for county access and various public buildings in the locality. The project entitled “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sannicolau Mare” contains 5 different investment objectives, with a complementary role and an integrated character, designed for the urban regeneration of Sannicolau Mare: Component A – Improving social, educational, cultural and recreational services: 1. “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sânnicolau Mare by building cress, str. Decebal’; 2. “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sânnicolau Mare by building kindergarten, str. Decebal’; 3. “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sânnicolau Mare by abolishing existing construction and building new kindergarten, str. Peter Major’; 4. “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sânnicolau Mare – Rehabilitation of facades of Theodor Bucurescu School no. 1 Sânnicolau Mare”. Component B – Improvement of urban public spaces: 5. “Improving the quality of life of the population of Sânnicolau Mare – Rehabilitation of the road structure of Oituz and Andrei Șaguna Streets in Sânnicolau Mare, county. Timis”. The general objective of the ROP 2014-2020 is to “increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on the potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.” Oituz and str. Andrei Saguna) and to increase the quality of the educational process and the safety of preschoolers, preschoolers and students with a focus on the integration of vulnerable groups, by building new early educational infrastructures – 1 long-time nursery on str. Decebal no. 11, 1 kindergarten with extended hours on str. Decebal no. 11, 1 kindergarten with normal schedule on str. Petru Maior no. 4 and rehabilitation of facades and decorative elements of the symbol building located in a protected cultural area, but with seismic rism and increased potential for injury – Theodor Bucurescu Secondary School in downtown. Obiectivul general al proiectului vizează: Îmbunătăţirea calităţii vieţii populaţiei din Oraşul Sannicolau Mare, cu accent pe grupurile vulnerabile, prin realizarea unor investiţii integrate şi complementare de regenerare urbana, în vederea imbunatatirii calitatii si sigurantei infrastructurii educationale timpurii si primare/gimnaziale, in acord cu exigentele normativelor in vigoare, dar şi a îmbunătăţirii calităţii infastructurii rutiere publice urbane de acces judetean si la diverse cladiri publice din localitate. Proiectul cu titlul ”Îmbunătăţirea calităţii vieţii populaţiei din oraşul Sannicolau Mare” contine 5 obiective diferite de investitii, cu rol complementar sicaracter integrat, gandite in scopul regenerarii urbane a orasului Sannicolau Mare: COMPONENTA A - Îmbunătăţirea serviciilor sociale, educaţionale, culturale şi recreative: 1. ”Îmbunătățirea calității vieții populației din orașul Sânnicolau Mare prin construire cresă, str. Decebal”; 2. ”Îmbunătățirea calității vieții populației din orașul Sânnicolau Mare prin construire grădiniță, str. Decebal”; 3. ”Îmbunătățirea calității vieții populației din orașul Sânnicolau Mare prin desființare construcție existentă și construire grădiniță nouă, str. Petru Maior”; 4. ”Îmbunătățirea calității vieții populației din orașul Sânnicolau Mare – Reabilitarea fațadelor Școlii Theodor Bucurescu nr. 1 Sânnicolau Mare”. COMPONENTA B - Îmbunătăţirea spațiilor publice urbane: 5. ”Îmbunătățirea calității vieții populației din orașul Sânnicolau Mare – Reabilitarea structurii rutiere a străzilor Oituz și Andrei Șaguna din Orașul Sânnicolau Mare, jud. Timiș”. Obiectivul general al POR 2014 – 2020 îl constituie „cresterea competitivitatii economice si îmbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze în mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic.” Scopul proiectului proiectul propus spre finantare contribuie la îmbunatatirea conditiilor de viata a comunitatii locale din orasul Sannicolau Mare prin imbunatatirea infrastructurii publice rutiere - reabilitarea a 2 strazi urbane (str. Oituz si str. Andrei Saguna) si cresterea calitatii procesului educational si a sigurantei anteprescolarilor, prescolarilor si elevilor cu focus pe integrarea grupurilor vulnerabile, prin construirea unor infrastructuri educationale timpurii noi - 1 cresa cu program prelungit pe str. Decebal nr. 11, 1 gradinita cu program prelungit pe str. Decebal nr. 11, 1 gradinita cu program normal pe str. Petru Maior nr. 4 si reabilitarea fatadelor si a elementelor decorative a cladirii simbol situate intr-o dintr-o arie culturala protejata, dar cu rism seismic si potential de accidentare crescut - Scoala Gimnaziala Theodor Bucurescu din centrul orasului.
