Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea ofertei educationale la nivelul invatamantului primar si gimnazial din Orasul Jimbolia printr-o interventie in cadrul unitatii de infrastructura educationala localizata in str. Lorena (fosta 1 Mai), nr. 31-33 din acest oras. Scopul urmarit prin aceasta interventie de extindere, reabilitare si dotare a cladirii Scolii Gimnaziale din str. Lorena (fosta 1 Mai), nr. 31-33 este de a asigura in acest oras o oferta educationala adecvata, accesibila si de calitate, corespunzatoare dinamicilor demografice si sociale pe plan local si capabila sa contribuie la cresterea ratei de participare la educatie la nivel local si gimnazial, la reducerea abandonului scolar si la cresterea ratei de tranzitie spre nivele superioare de educatie.
