The objective of the project is to increase the level of participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at high risk of early leaving the system in the framework of the Technology High School “Danube Club” Moldova Noua, City Moldova Noua, Caras Severin county by making investments on the building body in conditions of increasing access, quality and attractiveness of education, contributing to increasing the participation rate at different levels of education, to reduce school drop-out and early school leaving, to a higher completion rate of compulsory education and to increase the transition rate to higher levels of education, taking into account a set of specific actions, following the establishment of the technical state of the existing constructions and installations in which the secondary school in Moldova Noua takes place its educational activity. the need to provide adequate facilities and facilities for carrying out the current educational process, as well as the extension of the basin of the localities from which the high school attracts its students, is necessary to modernise, but also to organise spaces for practical or extracurricular activities, in the same location, which will lead to the achievement of the objective of the Technology High School “Danube Club” Moldova Noua, regarding the reduction of early school leaving assumed by Romania within the Europe 2020 programme, and the prevention and correction measures established to achieve it. Obiectivul proiectului este creșterea gradului de participare la nivelul educaţiei timpurii şi învăţământului obligatoriu, în special pentru copii cu risc crescut de părăsire timpurie a sistemului in cadrul Liceul Tehnologic "Clisura Dunarii" Moldova Noua, Oras Moldova Noua, judetul Caras Severin prin realizarea de investitii asupra corpului de cladire in conditiile asigurarii creșterii accesului, calității și a atractivității educației, contribuind la creșterea ratei de participare la diferite niveluri de educație, la reducerea abandonului școlar și a părăsirii timpurii a școlii, la o rată mai mare de absolvire a învățământului obligatoriu și la creșterea ratei de tranziție spre niveluri superioare de educație, avandu-se in vedere un set de actiuni specifice, in urma stabilirii starii tehnice a constructiilor si instalatiilor existente in care isi desfasoara activitatea educationala Scoala Gimnaziala din localitatea Moldova Noua .Având în vedere orientarea şcolii către învăţământul obligatoriu, necesitatea asigurării unor spaţii şi dotări amenajate corespunzător pentru derularea procesului educaţional curent, dar şi extinderea bazinului localităților din care liceul îşi atrage elevii, se impune modernizarea, dar şi organizarea de spaţii pentru activitătile practice sau extraşcolare, în același amplasament, care va conduce la indeplinirea obiectivului Liceul Tehnologic "Clisura Dunarii" Moldova Noua, referitor la reducerea părăsirii timpurii a școlii, asumat de România în cadrul programului Europa 2020, și măsurile de prevenire și corectare stabilite pentru atingerea acestuia.
