The general objective of the project “Local development in marginalised communities, component 1 – Colonia Nuci” was established in conjunction with the ROP 2014-2020 objectives of Priority Axis 4-“Supporting sustainable urban development”, Investment Priority 4.3 – “Providing support for the physical, economic and social regeneration of disadvantaged communities in urban and rural regions” Specific Objective 4.3 “Improving physical, economic and social regeneration of marginalised communities in the municipalities of county residence in Romania”. The project subscribes to the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. To achieve this specific objective, the 1400 inhabitants of the marginalised urban area Colonia Nuci (the Roma population representing 60 % of the community population) are the target group of this dedicated call. General objective: Physical, economic and social regeneration of the marginalised community Colonia Nucicare to lead to: improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the marginalised commune Colonia Nuci in Ramnicu Valcea, Valcea county, by providing better living conditions, access to a better life, increasing the chances of employment in the formal sector for people aged 15-64 who are not in formal labor market and do not follow a form of education, improving the built environment The project aims to solve the infrastructural, social and economic problems concentrated in the disadvantaged and marginalised Colonia Nuci in Mun Rm Valcea, promoting the social inclusion of the marginalised population represented by the 1400 inhabitants of the area. Stabilirea obiectivului general al proiectului ‘’Dezvoltare locală în comunități marginalizate , componenta 1 – Colonia Nuci’’ s-a facut în corcondanță cu obiectivele POR 2014-2020 ale Axei prioritare 4- ”Sprijinirea dezvoltarii urbane durabile”, Prioritatea de investiții 4.3 - ”Oferirea de sprijin pentru regenerarea fizică, economică și socială a comunităților defavorizate din regiunile urbane și rurale ” Obiectiv Specific 4.3 „Imbunatatirea regenerarii fizice,economice și sociale a comunitatilor marginalizate in municipiile resedinta de judet din Romania”. Proiectul se subscrie obiectivului general al POR 2014 -2020 de crestere a competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic.Pentru îndeplinirea acestui obiectiv specific, cei 1400 locuitori ai zonei urbane marginalizate Colonia Nuci ( populatia de etnie roma reprezentand 60% din populatia comuniatii ) constituie grupul ţintă al prezentului apel dedicat. Obiectivul general al proiectului:Imbunatatirea regenararii fizice,economice si sociale a comunitatii marginalizate Colonia Nucicare sa conduca la : imbunatatirea calitatii vietii locuitorilor din comuna marginalizata Colonia Nuci din Municipiul Ramnicu Valcea, judetul Valcea, prin asigurarea unor conditii mai bune de locuit, acces la o viata mai buna, cresterea sanselor de ocupare a fortei de munca in sectorul formal pentru persoanele de 15-64 ani care nu sunt incadrate pe piata formala a muncii si nu urmeaza o forma de invatamant, imbunatatirea mediului construit Prin proiect se urmareste rezolvarea problemelor infrastructurale, sociale si economice concentrate in zona defavorizata si marginalizata Colonia Nuci din Mun Rm Valcea, promovarea incluziunii sociale a populatiei marginalizate reprezentata de cei 1400 locuitori ai zonei.
