The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of the education infrastructure to ensure an educational process at European standards and to increase the participation of the school population in the educational process by extending, modernising and equipping the long-time kindergarten located in the municipality of Orastie str. Eight meadows. The general objective supports the Investment Priority 10.1. Investments in education, and training, including vocational training, to acquire skills and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructures. The interventions on the functions consist of the functional reconfiguration necessary to adapt the existing construction to the current needs of Orastie Municipality, respectively a long-time kindergarten with a capacity of 30 children. Through this project will be supported activities to improve the educational infrastructure, the infrastructure that is essential for education, early development of children, for building social skills and social integration capacity, taking into account the execution of the following works: — extension of the building on the NV side both horizontally and vertically; — opening the parapets in certain areas in order to create door gaps or window gaps; — closing certain gaps; — construction, where necessary, of partition walls made of drywall on the structure of the galvanised sheet; — replacement of installations and finishes; — reconfiguration of the interior spaces to correspond to the function of kindergarten with extended hours; — making an external staircase for evacuation in emergency situations at the level of the floor; — making interior finishes on walls, floors and ceilings; — replacing the carpentry both inside and outside; complete thermosystem; — land development related to the kindergarten with: sidewalks, pedestrian alleys, household platform, playground for children, fence and access gates (for pedestrian and car access); — closing access to the partial basement on the SV side of the building. Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea calitatii infrastructurii de educatie pentru asigurarea unui proces educational la standarde europene si a cresterii participarii populatiei scolare la procesul educational prin extinderea, modernizarea si dotarea gradinitei cu program prelungit situata in municipiul Orastie str. Luncii, nr. 8. Obiectivul general sustine Prioritatea de investitii 10.1. Investitiile in educatie, si formare, inclusiv in formare profesionala, pentru dobandirea de competente si invatare pe tot parcursul vietii prin dezvoltarea infrastructurilor de educatie si formare. Interventiile asupra functiunilor constau in reconfigurarea functionala necesara pentru a adapta constructia existenta la nevoile actuale ale municipiului Orastie, respectiv o gradinita cu program prelungit cu o capacitate de 30 de copii. Prin intermediul acestui proiect vor fi sprijinite activitati pentru imbunatatirea Infrastructurii educationale, infrastructura care este esentiala pentru educatie, dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor, pentru construirea de abilitati sociale si a capacitatii de integrare sociala, avandu-se in vedere executarea urmatoarelor lucrari: :- extindere cladire pe latura NV atat pe orizontala cat si pe verticala; - desfacerea parapetilor in anumite zone pentru a crea goluri de usi respectiv goluri de ferestre; - inchiderea anumitor goluri; - construirea, unde e necesar, de pereti de compartimentare din gips carton pe structura din tabla zincata; - inlocuirea instalatiilor si finisajelor; - reconfigurarea spatiilor interioare pentru a corespunde functiunii de gradinita cu program prelungit; - realizarea unei scari exterioare pentru evacuarea in situatii de urgenta de la nivelul etajului; - realizare finisaje interioare la pereti, pardoseli si plafoane; - inlocuirea tamplariei atat la interior cat si la exterior; - realizare termosistem complet; - amenajarea terenului aferent gradinitei cu: trotuare, alei pietonale, platforma gospodareasca, loc de joaca pentru copii, imprejmuire respectiv porti de acces (pentru accesul pietonal si auto); - inchiderea accesului la subsolul partial de pe latura SV a cladirii.
