By implementing this project, the company aims to improve the advanced capacities of services development, in order to increase its competitiveness in order to develop the activity carried out in order to increase the size of the market addressed to the local market to become regional, national or international market) and through the innovation made by the acquisition of high-performance machinery, new technology. The general objective of the above project will be achieved at the completion of the project implementation following the receipt of funding through the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 – Priority Axis 2 – Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises – Investment Priority 2.2“Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and service development” Achieving the general objective of the project contributes to achieving the general objective of ROP 2014-2020, increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities, by developing the business environment, infrastructure and services, for the sustainable development of the regions, so that they can capitalise on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. Moreover, the achievement of the general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 2, i.e. the specific objective of this priority axis 2.2 – to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in the competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness2. Given that the competitive advantage is a combination of factors that condition the competitiveness and performance of a company in business, the ROP aims to support companies that have the potential to develop/maintain their position in the market by strengthening skills superior to competition. Thus, it is envisaged to support companies operating in economic areas where a competitive advantage can be developed and/or maintained and, in general, the development of their economic activity. In this respect, support will be given to those SMEs operating in areas with competitive potential identified under the CNS and those intending to adapt their business to these areas. Increasing the company’s competitiveness and productivity over the current capacity, through process and service innovation will be an obvious consequence of achieving the project’s objective. Stimulating innovation within a company leads, on the one hand, to the development and consolidation of the enterprise on the market, and on the other hand, the growth of the enterprise’s productivity will have a positive impact on the economy of the South-Muntenia region, and especially on the county economy. Prin implementarea acestui proiect, societatea urmareste îmbunătățirea capacităților avansate de dezvoltare a serviciilor, în vederea creșterii competitivității sale în sensul dezvoltării activității desfășurate cu scopul creșterii dimensiunii pieței adresate -piața locală să devină regională, piata națională sau internațională) si prin inovarea facuta prin achizitionarea de utilaje performante, de tehnologie noua. Obiectivul general al proiectului enuntat mai sus va fi indeplinit la finalizarea implementarii proiectului ca urmare a primirii finantarii prin Programul Operaţional Regional 2014-2020- Axa prioritară 2 - imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii -Prioritatea de investitii 2.2 ”Sprijinirea creării și extinderea capacităților avansate de producție și dezvoltarea serviciilor” Indeplinirea obiectivului general al proiectului contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului general POR 2014-2020, cresterea competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale, prin dezvoltarea mediului de afaceri, infrastructurii si serviciilor, pentru dezvoltarea durabila a regiunilor, astfel incat acestea sa isi valorifice potentialul de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. Mai mult decat atat indeplinirea obiectivului general al proiectului contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific al axei prioritare 2 , respectiv Obiectivul specific al acestei axe prioritare 2.2 - îmbunătățirea competitivității economice prin creșterea productivității muncii în IMM-uri în sectoarele competitive identificate în Strategia Națională pentru Competitivitate2. Având în vedere faptul că avantajul competitiv reprezintă un cumul de factori care condiționează competitivitatea și performanța unei companii în afaceri, POR își propune să sprijine companiile care au potențial să-și dezvolte/mențină poziția pe piață prin consolidarea unor competențe superioare concurenței. Astfel, se are în vedere sprijinirea companiilor care operează în domenii economice în care se poate dezvolta și/sau menține un avantaj competitiv și, în general, dezvoltarea activității lor economice. În acest sens, se vor sprijini acele IMM-uri care își desfășoară activitatea în domeniile cu potențial competitiv, identificate conform SNC, precum și a celor care intenționează să își adapteze activitatea la aceste domenii. Cresterea competitivitatii si productivitatii companiei fata de capacitatea actuala, prin inovare de proces si serviciu va fi o consecinta evidenta a indeplinirii obiectivului proiectului. Stimularea inovarii in cadrul unei companii duce, pe de o parte la dezvoltarea si consolidarea intreprinderii pe piata, iar, pe de alta parte, cresterea productivitatii intreprinderii va avea un impact pozitiv asupra economiei din regiunea Sud- Muntenia, si in special asupra economiei judetului .
