Le projet RECRUTEMENT ARMÉE s’oriente vers les jeunes entre 18 et 25 ans, sans distinction de formation particulière ou d'origine sociale. Il s’agit d’informer de façon optimale le public cible à travers les différents moyens et modes de communication (bureau d’information, stands d’information, médias sociaux …) ainsi qu’à travers les médias nationaux (presse, radio, télévision, …) afin d’inciter les jeunes à s’engager à l’Armée et d’optimiser ainsi à l’issu de leur service militaire de trois années les chances d’insertion sur le marché de l’emploi grâce à la structure de reconversion mise en place par l’Armée.
