A quarta revolução industrial diz respeito à integração de tecnologias IoT nos processos de produção e à interligação em rede dos mesmos. O projeto reduzirá o atraso de TMAD na sua adoção em relação a outras regiões europeias, incorporando o estado-da-arte e o conhecimento disponíveis ao serviço das empresas, através de um processo integrado de desenvolvimento da cadeia de valor, de âmbito regional, que envolve os atores-chave do sistema de I&I. The fourth industrial revolution concerns the integration of IoT technologies into production processes and their networking. The project will reduce the delay of TMAD in its adoption in relation to other European regions, incorporating the state-of-the-art and knowledge available to businesses through an integrated process of development of the regional value chain involving key actors in the I&I system.
