CineBanda é um projeto que propõe um contributo inovador para a coesão territorial, unindo formação cultura musical com a materialidade e imaterialidade patrimonial que distingue cada um dos concelhos envolvidos.Partindo de músicos de sopros que predominam nas bandas filarmónicas, 8 compositores serão convidados a criarem a banda sonora de 8 criações fílmicas.
