Projekta mērķis: VSIA "Kultūras un sporta centrs "Daugavas stadions"" ēkai Augšielā 1, Rīgā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana, nodrošinot ēkas ārsienu un pārsegumu siltināšanu, esošo logu nomaiņa, jaunas klimata kontroles sistēmas ierīkošana un apkures sistēmas izveide, tādējādi uzlabojot siltumtehnisko rādītāju uzlabošanos, samazinot ēkas siltumu zudumus. Esošā apgaismojuma nomaiņa telpās pret energoefektīvu apgaismojumu, tādējādi samazinot enerģijas patēriņu. Lai nodrošinātu 2018.gada 4.janvāra Ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr.13 "Darbības programmas "Izaugsme un nodarbinātība" 4.2.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa "Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts un dzīvojamās ēkās" 4.2.1.2. pasākuma "Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts ēkās" otrās projektu iesniegumu atlases kārtas īstenošanas noteikumi" noteiktā specifiskā mērķa sasniegšanu, VISA "Kultūras un sporta centrs "Daugavas stadions"" plāno veikt šādus būvdarbus:- ēkas ārsienu siltināšana;- pārsegumu siltināšana;- esošo logu nomaiņa;- veco ieejas mezglu nomaiņa;- jaunas klimata kontroles sistēmas ierīkošana;- esošā apgaismojuma nomaiņa;- grīdas siltināšana;- jaunas apkures sistēmas izveide ēkā.Projekta ietvaros plānotās darbības ir tieši vērstas uz mērķa sasniegšanu, tādējādi palielinot ēkas ilgmūžību un ēkas ekspluatācijas laiku.Projekta īstenošanas vieta: Augšielā 1, Rīgā.Projekta ilgums: trīs mēneši no projekta līguma noslēgšanas. Ar projekta iesnieguma sagatavošanu saistītās darbības uzsāktas 2017.gada 2.ceturksni, kad tika veikts ēkas tehniskās apsekošanas atzinums un energoaudits.Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 1 047 200,00 EUR, t.sk.- Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums - 890 120,00 EUR;- attiecināmais valsts budžeta finansējums - 157 080,00 EUR.Plānotie rezultāti: - siltumenerģijas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas būs ne mazāks kā 44,24% gadā no ēkas energosertifikātā aprēķinātā siltumenerģijas patēriņa pirms projekta īstenošanas;- siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc projekta īstenošanas, pamatojoties uz ēkas energosertifikātā veiktajiem aprēķiniem un projekta tehniskajā dokumentācijā paredzētajiem būvdarbiem nepārsniegs 49,58 kWh/m2 gadā; - primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums - 428,14 MWh/gadā;- aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums - 90,75 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas gadā. The aim of the project shall be: Improvement of energy efficiency of the building "Culture and sports centre "Daugavas Stadium" in Augshiel 1, Riga, ensuring insulation of exterior walls and divisions of the building, replacement of existing windows, installation of a new climate control system and creation of a heating system, thus improving the improvement of thermal performance and reducing heat losses of the building. Replacing existing indoor lighting with energy-efficient lighting, thereby reducing energy consumption. In order to ensure the achievement of specific objective of 4.2.1 of the specific support objective “To promote energy efficiency in public and residential buildings” of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of 4 January 2018 No.13 “To promote energy efficiency in public buildings” 4.2.1.2 “Promotion of energy efficiency improvement in public buildings” implementing rules of the second project application set out in the second project programme “To promote energy efficiency in public buildings” to achieve the specific objective of VISA “Cultural and Sports Centre”Daugava Stadium“” is planned to perform the following construction works:- building external wall insulation and implementation of the building-design-provision-existence-existence; changing of the existing heating system in the framework of the new building. Upchilles 1, Riga. Duration of the project: Three months from the conclusion of the project contract. The project’s total eligible costs are EUR 1047200,00, incl. – European Regional Development Fund funding – EUR 890120,00; – eligible state budget funding – EUR 157080,00.Project’s total eligible costs are EUR 1047200,00, incl. – European Regional Development Fund funding – EUR 890120,00; – eligible state budget funding – EUR 157080,00. — the heat savings after project implementation will not be less than 44.24 % of the annual heat consumption calculated in the energy certificate of the building before the project implementation;- heat consumption for heating after project implementation, based on the calculations in the energy certificate of the building and construction works foreseen in the technical design documentation, will not exceed 49,58 kWh/m² per year; A reduction in annual primary energy consumption of 428,14 MWh/year;- the estimated greenhouse gas reduction of 90.75 CO2 equivalent tons per year.
